The word "Rwanda" has nothing to do with the Portuguese language. It is a Kinyarwanda word. It comes from an ancient verb "kwanda" which means to enlarge. Rwanda was NOT a colony of Belgium, instead it was a "Ligue of Nations" mandate governed by Belgium.

@kenny10100 why shd it always be rwanda=genocide??? The country has a beautifully rich and pastoral culture going back 7th centuries and even more which nobody really know because overshaddow by the tragic event of 1994...I applaud the initiator of this video as Rwanda contrary to popular western belief, Rwanda existed before 1994!!

Rwanda is not a portuguese word. It's a Kinyarwanda word. Rwanda is not stable economically. Common Rwandans struggle to find a regular meal. Politically, Rwandans are crushed and silenced by the ruling party RPF, which is a mafia-like military organisation that specialises in mass murder. Apart from that, nice video.
