Actually...no...you do Age. Ash was 10 at the start of Poke'mon. He's like 12 by the time he meets May. She even says something about him being older than she is. For a series to be that long and Ash do all that traveling and not age would be just weird. (Even though, as much as I <3 anime, some things do register as flat out strange.)
