where's the best place to see this parade? is it on everyday?

Judging by the position of Cinderella Castle in the background, I'd say this occurs in the circular 'hub' area that connects Main Street U.S.A. and all but 1 of the remaining areas of the Magic Kingdom...if it holds true to pattern, this'll probably be running through most of 2009, or at least through Halloween.... :)
