  • where is that place? :S i'm lvl 19 but kinda new. playing a few days

  • @TheRussianPT This is at fort pastor, the farthest fort from Nastya's, most zombies here are heavily mutated plus the spawning of bosses are frequent :)

  • @babytinDFPL Thanks! could you tell an advice on whitch weapon skills should i upgrade the most? i'm lvl 22 now

  • @TheRussianPT As a starting account I would advise using melee, it doesnt need ammo and will save you money. Accompany this with 'Critical hit'... you can also look into the tips and tactics part of the forums for the complete DF character Builds

  • @babytinDFPL i made a stat reset. i'm now at lvl 28 and got 90 melee and 50 to shotgun. thats the 2 i prefere most. good choise?

  • @TheRussianPT

Yup, but I do believe you should max melee since a hammer doesn't really do the trick. Now between a Katana and a Baxe there's no actual difference. Remember that A brute and a mother boss explodes on death so you will take damage if you melee 'em to death.

  • @babytinDFPL yeah i know that now :P

    soo i'm lvl 30 NOW!! grinder + katana :)

should i max the melee skill of continue with others (shotgun)

  • @TheRussianPT grinder sucks, its tad useless... at fort....

only get 100 proficiency, go for the other one

  • @babytinDFPL so i got 100 melee and 60 shotgun. i dont want to improve shotgun yet. should i improve rifles or Machine guns?

  • @TheRussianPT then why put any in shotgun?? Its is very ill advised to skip at mid point... rifles require 108-112 crit, machineguns are expensive to use, get a mannberg before consider skipping the shottie... pls refer to the tips and tactics page of DF on further info.

  • @babytinDFPL i got mannberg now. and i got about 75 critical. i just dont know witch one is better for me. i dont like to buy a lot of ammo. and rifles do a good job i gess

  • @babytinDFPL i will continue with the shotgun then :)

the problem its that only in 6 lvls i will be able to buy the Sweeper, because i got 50 on streight and need 80...

    and only 30 reloading (+10)

  • rifles/pistols are good, but later when you're high enough i really think you'd have to give up melee...

  • @babytinDFPL thats no problem. cuz i can do a stat reset :)

just for now im looting and doing stuff with melee and raising Shotgun, now on 70

  • How is THIS supposed to be related 2 backyard monsters fail experiments??

  • hahah nice music and shotgun mix XD haha but goood video i know a good place at nastyas too

  • -Level 13 Melee build is that Ok?

  • @timothy1837 its your 1st account right? Its ok, just remember to focus your stats and not spread them around. Melee is cheap and lets you earn money and loot silently without having to depend on bullets. Get melee to atleast a decent level, say 70(if you dont wanna go to a full 100), get a machete and then aim for another weapon. Make sure you compliment it with crit.

  • funny how your playing boom boom while you have a corpse blaster

  • @devonster10 Ah, yes thank you for noticing the pun. You are the 1st.

  • good job ^^

  • yeah i can see what you mean but im still a noobie as well ... only level 20 ... but to figure something out like that is pretty smart... just like when going against a titan or any other boss to trap them behind a fence so you dont have to do all the dirty work ... pluse a corpse blaster is pretty fucking intense ... so to me your doing a pretty good job lol keep it up. cd

  • @MrSupershort I actually sold the CB in the video, but I got me a new one thats way more expensive because the USAN wasn't doing a good enough job for me. Be on the lookout for diamond houses whenever your looting, those fences are pretty awesome in grinding.

  • I will be posting an ultimate outpost strategy on P13, dunno when though but soon :D

  • you must have been sitting in that place forever though....xD

  • @MrSupershort

not really, also its more convenient for people like me who doesn't have max agi and HMG for crowd control. It beats having to look to the left, right, up, and down for obstacles that might snag you and get you killed. This strategy is for the noobies such as me that don't like to run around fort.

  • @babytinDFPL i'm a total noob, only lvl 14, all i hav are bowie, beta rx4, and mancini m1, post one for dogg's

  • @SirJesusFreak We all went through total noobness, if this is your main then I suggest aiming for melee 1st since its free and crit+agi, if you know people you can ask(not beg) them to help you with bullets if you wanna go for pistols. Never scatter your proficiency max out 1 or atleast get to 70 for decent damage before starting on the next. By level 30 if your proficiency and stats are scattered you won't be able to equip anything of high level.

  • @babytinDFPL I have never been to Doggs, you won't need an outpost strategy there, there's a fence near the guards, use it. Level 14 you can head to fort pastor already. Wait for looting missions such as fuel, war machine even engage. That's what I did to my alts, the 100k reward will boost your lvl so high.

  • @babytinDFPL yea, i'm asking for doggs bcuz reapers just own the f**k out of me in oa and irradiateds too, i've owned sirens, bones, sometimes irradiateds, brutes, and burned zombies, but barely reapers. thanks my melee whomps ass and so does my endurance right now, thanks for letting me know i could go fort pastor xD

  • @SirJesusFreak most people go there by level 1 or 5, if the have a main at fort, but if this is your 1st character your level is fine enough, just be careful as bosses spawn regularly 1 map south... the warmachine is the easiest mission and nearest from fort, an easy 100k, plus loots will be nice already

  • @babytinDFPL cool, i scrapped my mancini after raising my shotgun proficiency to 20 and got some rounds for a highlander i bought a long time ago, and it kicks ass, i owned a hord full of brutes, bone, reapers, sirens, burned zeds, and irradiateds. i'll try and get to fort pastor, now, thanks XD

  • @SirJesusFreak Like i'm Raped by a Reaper Always full of aggro...

  • @timothy1837 reapers are easy to handle in low-aggro, when it's just you and the reaper, this is because you can taunt it to strike, get out of the way, and run into and behind it when it does and stay there, but, all hell breaks loose if you're doing this and at least ONE other zombie jumps in, because it's there it's harder for you to stay behind the reaper, and the fact that reapers have such damn good range, it's a perfect horde zed, hard to hit, and able to strike from afar.

  • @timothy1837 I personally recommend a shotgun of at least 20 proficiency for taking on a horde in doggs, i have a washington 870 and it's better a weapon than the highlander, but its not the best, the washington is suitable for efficient crowd-control and not so dire situations of grinding, and well-suited for crowd-control in dire situations where retreat is required, i advise against pressing "i" unless you're willing to wait fifteen minutes for the zombies to spread out and get lost

  • @SirJesusFreak I actually prefer a Sega-20, it shoots fast and has 8 rounds and only eats 20g ammo which is cheap. That's where all my alts start. But my main started with melee, coz we all began poor.

  • @babytinDFPL nice, i'll have to try and get one

  • @timothy1837 one last thing, remember, NEVER, use a shotgun on a reaper if it's alone, doing so raises aggro and will bring more zeds who will screw you up yur ass by preventing a clear shot at the reaper, which it still has on you

  • fucking epic

  • @MrSupershort why thank you :D

  • You can also stand in an area very close to the guards and use a grenade launcher.. you get about 100k xp as a reward with a good grenade launcher, and a LOT more exp from zombies themselves

  • @PvtRedemption True, I do that as well, but you are open the the bottom half of the fort which is deadly in massive aggro with mostly tendrils and spiders. You are also unprotected from exploding brutes and vomits across the wall.

  • OMG °o°

  • a courpse blaster is something i cant even dream of having...

  • Really nice man, thanks for this. :)

  • Too many zeds coming in through the gate for my liking, but still a great spot.

    ~Miklov

  • Good job, I too am not a crowd controller and typically don't go out during OA's, so I feel your pain. Nice to know it's possible though. I'll have to try something similar down at the Precinct.

  • i am well.... after that video and currently level 45

non GM so sad to say

its "my" ultimate... since its the only and most effective strategy I use, I cant go out in the open during OA coz I have low armor/endurance, am not using a crowd control wep as efficient as xm25 or gau/m60,and I am a bit bull on dodging

  • Not really the "ULTIMATE" strategy, but camping in tight blocked areas is a good one.

  • you gained 87325 exp?

  • @MrRelih yes, in bonus

  • what is your level?
