I hate to say it, although the tenant did trash the rental property really bad, most rentals/apts. are ugly and too small especially the bathrooms. It never feels like a home but a motel, The tenant will never fall in love with it nor take care of it. My advice to landlords is this: if you want decent, clean, responsible; long term tenants, then offer a rental property that you yourself would live in.

cleaning up is easy, if you have enough boxes.  everything goes in a box. then you sort through each box, keep/trash/sell/donate...then scrub the apt....turn the TV off and your favorite music on. take a break, walk around the block every 2-3 hours and treat yourself to a Chinese buffet------Xby Xlor
