Hey Everybody! I have just released my new album 'Unhinged' which is greatly inspired by Brad Fiedel's soundtrack work in the Terminator series. You can stream or download the full album for free on my youtube channel!
I remember spending allot of money on this pinball machine. It was the bomb and needless to say i was very addicted. Just happened to stumble on this video and now i'm in the mood once more lol Probably rare to find tough.
I have the same back glass artwork from an old pin ball machine, won it on Ebay, perhaps future investment, only problem is the artwork requires backlighting, and placing in a decent frame with some sort of power supply to light it .
about this "boss" he is joe dillon.. this man died around the year 1999.. in revenge from mars there is an dedication to joe dillon section of him.. respect to joe dillon 1 of the people who maded pinball big..
Haha, awesome. I love that the pinball designer is completely on point -- but it opens with the Corporate Dude (apologies, Dude), giving a kinda stilted opening. He's even got the bowtie. Designer Man, being a bit hipper, sports a tidy mullet. Finally, I always wondered how they'd do demos of the machines -- duh, they remove the glass, haha. A more innocent era, but a good one, all-in-all.
@occlusian I hate to hit myself here again, but a couple more things:
(1) It really is funny how low-budget the intro portion is. I know this was meant as a simple promo, but...thats gotta be a VHS camcorder doing the work.
(2) Watch how the boss man (Mr. Williams?) moves after each cut. People who havent filmed a lot of cuts always draw waaaaay too much attention to them.
(3) At around 00:50, a truck drove by the office and kinda ruined the lighting...and they said, "Aww, go with it." :D
OMG he didn't just use the "eyes seem to follow you around the room" quote as a selling point!??? Damn I could have made these guys killer promos with 90's tech. I suppose it didn't matter as they were selling to people that allready decided to buy pinball
My local arcade actually had one of these Terminator 2 pinball machines so many years ago... It's a very impressive "toy" indeed when viewed in first person.
yea i always was so scared of this machine when i was a kid. the artwork was scary plus i was scared of the endoskeleton, even though it is my favorite movie of all time even when i was little
I saw this at a former East Coast Pizza when i was 5ish to 7ish,I Used to didn't bother with pinball machines until months or years after seeing the T2 machine and always wanted a pinball machine ever since.
If the machine is in standard mode and you pick up the ball the machine should detect it and display an error about the ball having gone missing/stuck.
this pinball machine is cheating, i played it last week, as soon you launch the ball it hits a thing, and makes it go straight down the playfield without you having a chance to hit it
I can't believe it, i thought i'd never see this pinball machine ever in my life..i used to save my lunch money just to play in it..really awesome. Thanks for the upload mate.
there's tons of pins you can buy for 600$ and under right now. Just need to know where to look. ie, I just picked up a 1980 Williams Firepower today for $250
Let's face it games today are just too sophisticated, arcades are no longer arcades anymore, and before u know it we will have the modern generation of children quoting back to the future after Marty has just played an arcade gun game: You mean you have to use your hands? That's like a babys toy.
A very technical, rather dry video. I know more about the game now, though. I've never seen this pinball machine anywhere, but I know more now. Its rather generous with its "million points" jackpots, by the look of it.
I remember the Simpsons pinball was on a point scale MUCH lower than most mahcines, and with just 1 million points, you got a free game. I'd like to see a pinball game where you scored in 5's, 10's, and 20's. Reaching a million on that would be Godly. :)

One of my favorite pinballs, but not as good a The Getaway - high speed 2 (all time favorite), Twilight Zone or Addams Family.
Kids these days don't know what they are missing out on. I have a xbox 360, but pinball still rules.

A very difficult pinballgame.

The ball would always go straight through the middle after hitting the drop targets on the left whenever I would play it. I always hated that.

This was an average pinball machine compare to the classics like the creature from the black lagoon or twilight zone
avp010994 3 years ago
Wow, I mean you're entitled to your opinion... but I couldn't disagree more. Not at all.
T2 is one of the most intense pinball machines and is possibly the last of the great pinball games.
I mean, if you thought this was average you probably hated The Getaway. :/
strikerk 2 years ago
man too much money for pinballs,i rather buy a good PC or a ps3 than a $4000 pinball.
if it were at least $600 i would buy some and more people would too,but i think pinballs are only for rich assholes only.

mate, i love the pc games world. im a games nut, but pinball games are in a world of their own...
i mean im 26, and i used to see them at the timezines/intensity everywhere years ago.
now theyre replaced with shitty dance, and fighting games...
a waste of a true game that many new kids today dont get the pleasure of being able to experience easily...
and are 'outgunned' by ps3, wii etc...
chalk and cheese my friend.
