  • What Tammy does not mention is that Ravens policy is to hire quantity instead of quality. They offer new grads positions 30-40% under industry norms, then discourage individuality and stress team performance, thereby quashing any chances for advancement or peer recognition. Their products are sent into the field with little or no quality control. New product developement is hindered by the teams' attenttion being diverted to correcting design flaws
