  • That tire is BIG

  • doesnt count if you dont have the strength to tip it over

  • How do you dislike this? The guy busts his ass.

  • not really a flip but it is still way more than i could do good job man

  • what does that tire go to?

  • Do you flip cars as well? Do you know if the technique is similar? Good job!

  • Troll: I'm only (insert bullshit here), but I can do (insert bullshit here) more than you!

Dude that was insane. good shit bro!

  • Are you stronger than derrick poundstone??

  • @Westsidecali13 haha?? dafuq? why do u think so?

  • @Westsidecali13 in Strongman Super Series they flipp tiers with these weight 5 times in under 30 sec

  • wow..mad respect

  • he pooted @ 0:13

  • damn people stop yur bitchin. who gives a fuck if he didnt finish by flipping it. He got the point across by proving he can stand it up.

  • You forgot to actually flip it. But amazing strength

  • Finally someone who doesn't lie about the weight.

  • thats exactly how my tire went up about a month ago and it was only 600lbs! you doing double my weight but then again im only 170lbs.. gotta keep eating!

  • better than I could do, great lift bro

  • hmm....looks like you got a little too much fat for a bodybuilder....uber lift though;]

  • lol

  • Good job, but what I want to know is what in the heck actually uses tires this frickin' big?!

  • Great job!

  • @hangman1914, this guy has a video proving how badass he is. You're jus a name on a comment board talking shit. Prove it you pussy. If you're so badass how come I don't see any videos of you on here?

  • i want to see an official weighing of the tire, and brand and specs.

  • That lift was a serious mental victory.

  • @TheRugbyidiot Thanks man, much appreciated.

  • not bad at 230 bw i can flip a 1140 pound tire except it was three tires on top of each other so its harder oh and my body weight is 167

  • @hangman1914

Two smaller tires stacked together would most certainly be easier than flipping a larger, equally heavy one, dumbass. First of all, the smaller tires would have less contact with the ground and thus less mass and friction to work against. Secondly, the tire stacked on top would not be anchored and would begin to pull away from the push very early. This would cause momentum that would make the lift considerably easier. I could explain it even further. Fuck off.

  • @RedWildz well fist of all two evenly size tires. second when you do it your using form and technique when i do it im using nothing but brute stregth since i have one on top. and your tire has good grip which makes it more easy mine doesnt which also makes it harder theres no way in hell that you could flip my tire and besides people look at you flipping that tire and not impressed because how big you are people see me do it and are shocked and impressed so yeah your not that strong you fat fuck

  • @hangman1914

The sticking point in a tire flip is always over the knee. It's where the most weight is. With two tires stacked, as I explained, the one on top would be pulling away -- which would aid in your push. This makes it easier. Case closed.

  • @RedWildz case close my ass. akay i admit the push maybe eaiser but then again the push is the eaisest part well to me it is the pick up is the hardest part because i use brute force i dont use technique like you i bet you cant use brute force on this tire . case close ass

  • didn't flip it.

  • I think they are saying you "Didn't flip it" Because your title says tire flip..

  • GM had to get their plug in the end lol

  • How much does a tire like that cost?

  • where can you buy these tires

  • @primodooms2day They're usually free from tire recycling centers.

  • @TheAscendant They're usually free from tire recycling centers.

  • @TheAscendant haha nice, but how did you get it to your garage!?

  • Ascendent, I wasn't saying anything about your flip. To tell the truth, I forgot what I even meant when I posted the comment. I just noted that it wasn't a complete flip, but kudos to getting it on the side. I do post a bench press of over 600lbs, but I have never flipped tires. I imagine it would be tough. I would like to try that someday if my joints hold up. Good job my friend.

  • when your done playing with my tires id like to put them back on my miata

  • lol'd at the screaming part after, what a fuckin pussy

  • @Dakashizzlenizzle

you would probably scream after if you flipped a 300 pound tire

  • @PcostaDaddy i was joking, and no i wouldnt because ive done it before but this guy is fucking strong no doubt

  • now get the Vehicle!!!!.... and dont forget the Jack.

  • no i po co tak drzesz morde -,-

  • people obviously have no idea how hard this is.

  • thats badass gj!

  • didnt flip it. uber fail

  • @John0fusion From below: Seriously?? Are you all fucking retarded? All you mental champions think it's harder to TIP IT OVER than to stand it up? Pull your heads out of your asses for fucks sake. If I'd tipped it back over on it's side I would've had to pick it up AGAIN to roll it back into place, and it was all I could do at the time to stand it up once. What's wrong with you idiots? Even you weak dummies would be able to tip it over, that's not the challenging part.

  • @TheAscendant we do tire flips for football, it is much harder to keep it standing when you flip it because the weight wants to go back down with the momentum.

  • @TheAscendant lol no shit. its the internet. everyones a troll or retarded, or both.

a four year old could tip over a 500 lb tire when its stood up....

    great vid buddy.

  • @TheAscendant calm down, you already proved you're strong.

  • nice work mate

  • Didn't flip it.

  • @BCPowerman Seriously?? Are you all fucking retarded? All you mental champions think it's harder to TIP IT OVER than to stand it up? Pull your heads out of your asses for fucks sake. If I'd tipped it back over on it's side I would've had to pick it up AGAIN to roll it back into place, and it was all I could do at the time to stand it up once. What's wrong with you idiots? Even you weak dummies would be able to tip it over, that's not the challenging part.

  • Great grunting thats what i like, but u need to google Flip! that wasent a Flip like the title of the video said????

  • omg u can lift a tire:0

  • nice job! you are right on the money on squared off edges and glassy. I have the same type of tire. I @used to have a tractor tire that was rounded off and had an earlier tipping point.

  • well if i ever have some machinery with 1,150lbs tires that need to be flipped up, i'll ask you to stop by :)

  • This should be called a tire stand, cause obviously it wasnt flipped lol

  • retards

  • Christ that was good

  • oh thats so week... try a 3,000 LBS TANK TIRE and u will see whats heavy...

  • ight, now do 5 more, lol nice job

  • 2 thing 1: fking strong 2: he got a great back :o

  • lol at the end "performance parts"

  • EGO baby!

  • my friend beat him by 50 lbs =o

  • @isukatlax who's your friend?

  • tyler kilgore. he was benching 200 in the 8th grade and by his sophmore year he did the tire flip

  • what do you mean form? in strongman form is nothing, its just getting the weight up, or wherever you are wanting it to go.

  • @ONate92 and the persons career with this mentality will be plagued by injuries for the rest of their life

  • @55AllOut a strongman without that mentality will not make it too far and have no career to start with. every strongman gets injuries and its expected its a sport where the human body is pushed to its absolute limits.

  • @ONate92 thats bullshit, look at the pros, their form is spectacular... do you know why that is? Its because if you dont use correct form you will fuck up your body. When your body is fucked up you cant train. When you cant train you cant compete. When you cant compete your just a loser with a fucked up body who was too focused on short term gains that using correct form.

  • thats a huge tire!!! what size is it?

  • Too cool! lol

  • but u didnt flip it...

  • hahaha =)

  • hahaha =)

  • Very nice, congrats!!!!!!!!!!

  • where do you get a tire like this

  • Props go out to you man! That's not easy to do or even easy to get to that stage in training. Takes a lot of hard work and dedication! Probably going to get hated on for this but...have you gotten to where you are naturally or have you done any cycles of gear?

  • thats so sick man, sent shivers through my body, i know exactly what ur feeling. the video showed the emotions you get perfectly

  • are u sure that tire is 1100 lbs?

  • Nope. I'm sure it's 1,150 lbs, like the descriptions says. Unlike almost every tire flip video on here, I didn't just take the manufacturers weight. Based on wear and tear many tires lose a lot of their weight before they ever get to be used for strongman, and calling it the weight it was when it was made is shady.

I weighed my truck, then weighed again with the tire in the bed - 1,150 on the nose.

  • If I come down and we train we will have to do some 1150 lbs tire flips.

  • "Some" "flips"

Ha! I don't know if I could get more than 1 flip. I don't even know if I could get 1 flip right now. We'll see. You're a strong enough deadlifter, and a strong enough presser. Get your tail down here. Bring your girl, she and Whitney can lift and hang out.

  • you could do it!... and i know Aly would like that. Its a plan!

  • Holy bejeebers

  • Strooong!

  • you have your pro card?

  • Not yet. This year holds a few promising contests, though I won't be able to get to the first one in April, so it'll have to wait until after that.

  • yea, thats aright, before you know it you'll have it. Where you located by?

  • Thanks for the encouragement - I live in Portland, Oregon. Luckily I've got some airline miles save up so I can get to just about any competition this year that I need to!

  • haha nice man thats always a plus. I was wondering because im up in NY, i wanted to see if i would ever run into you. Your definitely a few levels ahead of me, i went for a 1100 pound tire at my last competition and i lifted it up to my ankles and that was about it. haha

  • @TheAscendant hay your in portland!! im in medford im a Strongman competitor and im used to flipping 1000+ tires around im only 20 with a bad, back, chest and elbow and so on but hay i like try that tire i got a 1000(?)lb tire i train with and me and my strongman buddys like trainin with every one and i dont really know that many tire flipers!! get back ta me if your ever in medford!!

  • You're a beast!

  • Nice job dude!

  • Hahaha! Oh Zop... Are you going to Kurt's comp?If so, and if I make it out there, I'll let you. ;)

  • I wish I could go to Kurt's comp, but I live in so cal and can't afford the plane tickets. If I was able to go I'd be doing a lot of belly rubbing...

  • Rub a dub dub. A rub a dub dub.

  • i hope gm performance parts is paying you a royalty..

    great job sir.

    ~Dragonfire from sherdog

  • That's my baby!!! :)
