this is how I explain everything after I've been spending too much time alone, you start to think too much existentially about things and it can be reflected when you talk about stuff making you sound depressing and then people avoid you regularly

example : you "I lost my phone", person"oh no", you "that's okay it's just a material object with no existential value according to my beliefs"
