@kus2ganteng Really? I thought they rather enhanced the emotion. After all, Taka's not really having sex with Yumi because he loves her. She manipulated him into it (both of them drunk), and Taka goes along because he's trying not to think about WHAT attracts him to her. Their relationship and Taka's extreme but understandable denial are supposed to be incredibly uncomfortable, I assumed.

Unless you're talking the one involving Kana, in which case you can choose to skip that scene.

i have this game and ive played it through 3 times and yet it has failed to make me cry.. i usually pity everything but when it came to this i had a heart of stone.. :S probably because i finished playing on it at half 3 am and i was to tired to take in the story:)

The only thing wrong with this game is the eroge. Sex is a part of life alright, but theres no need to show it as it was shown, just like a regular piece of hentai. It fails as a hentai (or eroge or whatever you people call it nowadays), and cheapens the story lil bit. ok just a little, this is still great.

Masterfully written. Expected a smutty game that I'd delete in a few days. Little did I expect I'd keep it and play it over and over. And I was blasted with emotions at the end each time. Sad, yet exceptional game.

I ought to play this one again...I can't remember why I picked it up in the first place, but what a great story it has. So sad though. Makes me emotional even hearing this song. :P

She's holding Taka's hand. He's in the hospital after saving her from a horde of angry bees (in probably the first brotherly act he ever does). It's pretty early in the game, when they were both children.

...and yeah, I was pretty frightened going into this game, myself. It's not really too bad until you reach the end of a given route.

Speaking as someone who just got his first ending last night, *then* it turns devastating.

@BredonUrieLovesJade Don't know if you familiar with Final Fantasy 7, but if you are and remember the feeling when Sephiroth kills Aeris, well playing Kana is like that feeling only magnified by a 1000 all through out the game. It's like someone plunges a blade into your very soul and continuesly twists it. This "game" changes people.

IllTwist, that's nothing to be ashamed of. Kana Little Sister is famous for turning tough guys into crying babies after they play the game.

I'm tough as nails but while playing this game, I've bawled my head off more times than I can count. It's easy to see why this game launched Mr. Yamada Hajime to stardom as a VN storywriter.
