  • As UltraBVR mentioned, a good proportion of images come from Alucarda (aka Sisters of Satan), specifically, 1:52 - 2:09 and 4:00 - 4:06. TKK are obviously big fans of the movie as a lot of their samples (in this song and others such as ATISWTDD) come from it.

  • I just found a vinyl single of this in the back of the hearse I just purchased, under the platform for the coffin

  • So upset this wasn't on their DVD.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE

  • I've been like that at 4:16!! LOL!!!

  • For you wanna be producers building studios "producers"suck what MTVis shoving down your throat. This is how its done real production.Bet they didnt have 24bit to do "13 above the night" prob a cheap office dictaphone, and MAGIC, they ever heard " its not the equipment its how you use it?" Mobys first(and only) electronic CD done with a 1980s mac, sound card 2 dats and few synths, both have production that kills crap on MTV Made to Vegitate got a 32channel CB radio & its all daddy bad bad needs

  • - "Final Blindness": Even though Interscope coughed up the money to produce this video, it never really made it outside of a couple of rave clubs before vanishing in a puff of smoke. It was assembled from a bunch of footage by Groovie and one Mark Hejnar.

  • Can anyone tell me what movie/film-clip is being shown @ 3:32? I have a series of postcards (of stills from this film..) with no info. Please..anybody, anybody? Greatly appreciated!!!

  • @JawboxKoppelganger I asked that question once too--without success. if you can identify *any* of the footage in this video, let me know...

  • @NazTb0y At 2:15 it's Walpurgisnacht I think, I think it was made in the 30's, the black and white one with the devils and witches at a black mass. Actually I'm not sure about the one Koppelganger saw at 3:32 which looked like something from the late sixties, there were a lot of psychedelic underground cult films made at that point in time by directors and casts who were trippin' balls!!

  • @JawboxKoppelganger It's an old movie entitled, Walpurgisnacht I think. I think it was on YouTube, probably not now, I want to see it as well.

  • Great VIdZ ..love the tune and ART!

  • I LOVE this song!!!!!!! But this video kind of scares me. O_o

  • cant understand how tkk is under the radar.

  • @elwind45 well for one thing none of their songs I can think of are radio format. Plus they use a lot of jazz/blues, keys, scales, and rythms in their songs, which the majority of people don't have an ear for. Also, semi satanic/hedonistic and "retro" lyrics/imagery freak some people out. But why aren't they a band with a huge following?

I have no clue... I just said why they aren't popular with radio ppl's.

  • oh, my eyes

  • This video's amazing!!! Sometimes I wish that they had finished making that movie...

  • this song is fucking awesome! I'd love to fuck to this one!

  • I wouldnt like to hump along to the rhythm, be likely to walk away with a broken branch!

    lol

  • Ha Ha!!

  • I think Fleshplayhouse is a bit better for that.

  • Awesome.

  • original and should be the most popular band ever

  • wow this is trippy, love it.

  • you cant deny the tkk is a little bit satanic; but they are one of my favorite bands and always will be; innovative and creative; they didnt copy anybody; they did their own thing unlike todays music that is nothing but a bunch of recycled music. I hate todays music. this is the real deal; love love love it.

  • yeah they were great, and i think the satanism thing was just to get a reaction out of people...unlike Electric Hellfire Club who actually believed in the stuff, which just makes you look like a fool. I once heard it said that saying you are in league with the devil is just as idiotic as walking around with a bible and bashing people over the head with it.

  • does anyone know where all these groovy images come from?

  • after watching this video however many times it was and considering all the various clips as associated with the various images, I think I finally understand it!

  • i think the message is satanism=fun

  • I think that all depends on how one defines Satanism...

  • i was just joking...i dont know what the message is heh heh

  • possibly the greatest music video of all time!

  • Wow thanks for posting this. Brings me back old memory from Kontrol Factory and Club Sinamatic in Los Angeles.

  • Great video, their best, no doubt.

  • love it! by far their greatest music video.

  • that face at the end is creepy

  • this was one of my favorite songs off 13 Above The Night back in the day. Good times.

Anybody know what movies these scenes are taken from?

  • Check out "Alucarda" and "Haxan - Witchcraft Through the Ages" for many of the images from this vid. The guy in the car is Terence Stamp, but I can't remember what movie it's from.

  • @UltraBVR Isn't that girl that pops up at the end from A Virgin Among the Living Dead?

  • @NazTb0y I'm sure there are images in there from that movie, that shows up a lot in their work too.

  • @UltraBVR I guess one way to check it out is to go to that website that traces the samplings and watch the movies that show up most... Of course, you can't find Haxan that way b/c it's a silent movie, and there aren't any samplings to trace...

  • @UltraBVR Do you know what movie the woman with the long fingernails is from?

  • @UltraBVR I think the Terence Stamp movie is Spirits of the Dead. Now, the only images we haven't figured out are all those women--the barebreasted one with the long fingernails especially--do you know where she's from?

  • Que video cabr^#$%&^!!! Demasiao!

  • up and down

  • buzzzz mcoy is the man

  • LOL at 4:07

  • pretty wicked stuff, but fricking amazing

  • fantastic!

  • hypnotic

  • the devil does disco, obviously.

  • its okay to worship satan and dance lol

  • Pwesome
