hmmmm....discipline is a bit lax on that ship. You wouldnt get that sort of thing in the British navy...if that captain left his most important piece of equipment unguarded he wouldnt just get off with a 'thats very careless'...he'd be courtmarshalled and strung up outside for Portsmouth docks on the nearest yard arm for this days work...I'd like to know where alfred and lispel got those oars...I think there's been a cut there somewhere...

@BelatedCommiseration Yeah but the fact that all the people on the ship are animals wearing clothes and speaking English makes sense.
