He did it on purpose, he had a resentment against the Royal Dutch Family, but the curious thing was he didn't have a file of violent or psychological problems. A normal citizen who commited a terrible and coward. And by the way, he didn't die but is in serious condition in a hospital. Hope he rots in jail.
