  • Thank you for the info Sean. I didn't think it would be that simple lol

  • Is it better to work out biceps one day and triceps the other?

  • Comment removed

  • stop fucking talking and get on with it

  • I know its off topic ,but anyone notice the athene theme music throughout the vid lol

  • no forearm?

  • i didnt want this guy to stop talking.. grreat video.

  • Very good video, thank you and I will take your advice

  • @Faelian6t5 No joke. 4 sets to failure is actually to much, but if you must have a day which isolates arms, i would do Bis - chin ups. Tris - Dips. working back and chest everyday to FAILURE is immposible, if your training with 100 % intincity. add that routine in your arm day.. no isolation movements.

  • Free energy technology exists! But the big oil corporations don't want that technology revealed,Go to LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM and get the blueprints for a genuine magnet motor ,Free yourself!

  • ive been doin wut you said man. and i am seeing some growth on the bicep and tricep. and how bout chest, is dips good? please reply

  • @Faelian6t5 yeah 4 sets is much too little.

  • @arabnour7 The only way I would agree with 4 sets is if these were all working sets to failure...hopefully this guy is assuming the lifter is doing warm-up sets. My arms are bigger that his and 4 sets of one exercise for Bi's and Tri's is not nearly enough to stimulate maximum growth, especially at once per week.

  • @Ruinous He said all sets to failure in the video. I'm doing about 9 sets to failure a week now. Maybe I should be doing less.

  • @Faelian6t5

i hardly even workout biceps isolated, but i workout back about 1-2 times a week, and i can honestly say i got bulging biceps. if there was one muscle which you didn't have to workout much, its the bicep, the tricep on the other hand should be payed more attention to (since it's 2/3rds of your arm) while the hardest to fully develop would probably be a good pair of calves.

  • I have a home gym and so can't perform narrow grip dips or tricep pull downs; would bench dips be a suitable alternative with close grip bench presses?

  • guy in the video....you really cute lol ;)

  • Very good video thank you! I have been doing this error very long!

  • ok so what you are saying is to do 4 sets per workout.

like i do 8 reps of tricep pull down and that is it for that exercise

then i do 8 reps of tricep extention

    is that it?

  • lets get the term 'sets' and 'reps' cleared first.

reps = repetitions one does in a set

sets = the amount of groups.

what sean saying in this clip is:

    tricep workout -

reps - do until failure, when you cant execute the exercise properly

    sets - 4 (do that 4 times)

this is the exact same for the bicep workout.

    hope that helps.

  • @junglshithead thanks!

  • @junglishithead haha someone finally fuckin gets it. almost everybody commenting is in the fuckin dark
