Great video except you put the catheter in with the curve facing the wrong direction - should be curving toward the left shoulder (concave to head)....From emedicine:

You forgot to attach the cordis to IVF during the "floating" of the catheter.

but if you give more detail in tip of cath.position and adjustment of output and sens., it may better.
