the only problems with these gadgets is how long they last. These wifi signal increasers will work fine for 6 months and then they short out because they're not built for durability. The constant connecting and disconnecting put stress on the soders and they eventually break leaving you with a useless wifi gadget. good luck if you buy one. If anybody has a product like this and it lasted more than 2 years, plz post here.

Nice dude lol i have some labtop but can i plug this into a xbox?? and do you have any idea how to fix usb ports mine are trashed the guy i got it from ripped me off on that part so yea!

@DeDakills Not sure if it would work in an xbox. You would have to see if xbox needs software drivers or not.

USB... It depends if you can get the laptop open (pull screws out of bottom) to try to separate the case. Not sure if the usb plugs are soldered directly to mainboard or if they are a module - in that case you might be able to get a replacement module. Yes, that's the idea. It will give you much better signal strength. Or use it if you don't have a wifi adapter yet.

what if my laptop already have wifi but only 2 bar.. can i use this dongle to increase my signal even my laptop already have a wifi?
