@L2snakegold the attributes, at the time were 16 shadow arts, 12 earth magic, and 3 in deadly arts (I think). The higher you crank up your dwarven, vanguard, and norn alliance points the better. However, this was a little over a year ago. I'm not exactly sure if this is still usable post SF nerf.

the weapons i use consistantly are an enchanting staff 20% of course, zealous scythe of enchanting, zealous daggers of enchanting, and a shield with +10 vs lightning inscription (riders on the storm) and +45 hp while enchanted handle with a 20% enchanting sword. The stuff you have to kill is all in the video, you can make it a little quicker by killing the rider that spawns closest to the monument first, or you can pop those mindblades last and glitch them. kill the dryders last.
with the skills you need to use, you need to get familiar with the perma build, preferably outside of uw to save yourself some cash. once you get the hang of refreshing the skill and maintaining it all the time, then you can look at the skill bar i have in the video, which would be in order from 1-6 Glyph of Lesser Energy, Ebon Battle Standard, Sliver Armor, By Urals Hammer, I am Unstoppable, and Feigned Nuetrality. Really, IaU and FN are mostly used on the run up there, and for covering areas
If you want a more detailed map on how to get to where you need to go, I would recommend going to Wiki and looking into PVX and finding the team build for Underworld Speed Clear they have very detailed maps on the path you take, alternative skills, etc.
