Recent article states that the process is continuing as plans are were reviewed by the city and will now be reviewed by the Arizona Department of Transportation.
The wait continues....Past proposed developments that did not occur does not mean no new projects will be developed. Maricopa will grow....be patient.

The Town Council + the Calender with the amount of time required to build the Hotel. It's not going to happen. It's May already and nothing even started. Better to say the Harrah's NEW Hotel addition will be opened VERY soon. Why don't we meet at the New Maricopa Airport down the road by the New Home Depot across from the new Mulit-Screen Movies, new Mountainside Fitness, near Applebee's?
