Ok I'm visiting Cali soon, this is my first but not last stop. And I'm calling 10 minutes with the broth, here is Warren Michigan they give you this challenge called the big buck challenge it's exceptionally bigger then this bowl. Insane proportions, I haven't tried it yet but I did finish their large bowl in 5 minutes with the bowl clean but if I had to guess it be. 5 lbs of noodles, 5 pounds of all meats and having to finish the broth as well with the 45 minute time limit.

Wether Pho taste is good or bad, it's mainly depend on the seasoning that you will added before you eat. Vinegar, chilli, fish sauce, sugar, etc.

i did the pho challenge in simi valley california.. bamboo cafe... i finished in 20 mins.. i know not as ur record.. but hey.. they werent scooping anything for me.. i had to use my fingers.. my fork.. otherwise id be done by 13 mins.. ok.. thats stretching.. maybe 15..
