you are right, but what you describe is only the beginner's level. Everybody can learn via meditation to control his or her thoughts. it's not easy, but it can be done.

well, that is so because it is not really a Buddha quote;-) but it could be, since Buddhists monks are very disciplined people. It's actually from Ernst Jünger, a German author and cat lover (1895 - 1998). It's from his book "Blätter und Steine" (leaves and stones), sorry I think it has not yet been translated into English.

I am impressed by the visual elements, I really like the composition of the shots and use of black and white, especially on the council flats, moody. The rain rolling down the window looks cool. I like how the cat seems to be the only living thing in the environment. The music is good, however it is so minimal it is virtually just a beat and bass, so the lack of progression is a bit disappointing. It's the foundations of a good track, but I think needs more to make it outstanding :)
