  • Here in Ireland today the good guys finally scored a point in the war against religion esp. roman catholicism. Our priminister informed the pope that the law of the land supercedes cannon law i.e. the clergy will be prosecuted if they attempt to hide information about priests sexually abusing minors. The church has ruled with an iron fist here for years - it is truly a triumph! And one thing is certain, if men could have babies the church would endorse drive thru abortion clinics!

  • I can point to images of bacteria and small organisms that do the same thing. Is that considered self-aware intelligent life ?

  • thumbs up.

  • that was AMAZING

  • Right. Take a biology and an anatomy lesson or two, and how about you look at actual fetuses and not the computer generated ones or the drawings? And like MTGrandP said, bacteria are alive too. You're being manipulated kiddo, things like this are NEVER black and white.

  • @Lollitia I think you should yourself take another biology class. If you knew anything more about human reproduction, you would not be arguing your point so fervently. If you are for abortion, then you are for abortion. Do not try to use false intelligence to "prove" your point. It's just fuel for those that don't agree with abortion.

  • @86annielouwho I'm saying the child is being manipulated rather than being given the chance to make her own choices (for or against). And drawings do tend to make the fetus (and zygote) look more human than it looks in reality. There is no peso science about it.

  • @Lollitia While well written, you did not actually defend your point. You stated that someone should take a biology class, when you continue to use wrong terminology to talk about an "inhuman" zygote. You are by doing so only making yourself less credible. Perhaps a zygote merely appears as a group of cells, but what are we but an intricate grouping of cells? You are still not proving your point with biology, as I know several actual biologists (pro-choice) who do not agree with your statement.

  • to other things in the world and yes abortion is what I am referring to.

  • Glad to see that u can comprehend the alphabet but just to tell u hun u are still vary ignorant when it comes

  • Amazing. Thanks for sharing!

  • Thats some nasty shit

  • Even if my mother wasn't capable of loving me or taking care of me, I'd trust that out of the thousands of couples yearning for a baby to adopt, that I'd experience life and a certain degree of happiness in the outside world.

  • For myself, if I was a baby in the womb, I would rather live and come into the world than be killed because someone thought I'd live a horrible life because of the shame that I was a product of rape or had a disability and that life would be too hard or that I'd live poor (like Oprah did when she was a girl) or...what else can you think of?

  • i believe abortion should be the LAST option, however, sometimes its the best one. For example, if you were raped, cant support the baby financially, cant support the baby because you are not healthy, if having the baby would cause serious risks to you, if the child growing up would never have a chance to prosper and live a good life. if a number of these things (especially rape) are into play, it may be the best option. im not saying its the only one, but it may be the best

  • Excellent!

  • I am not a woman (this would make me a man - at least 20 years ago it would have) And so some say I have no say. I am a father. My son, as we all, was once a cytoplasmic blob.

If she decides to carry to term, the man must pay; if she decides to abort, the man has no say.

What part of this qualifies as a right?

If from rape or incest, kill the offender, not the child.

If she will die... um, last I checked no living man knows the date of another's death.

Abortion in all cases is murder.

  • oh and to answer the question to the vid, life is present at every stage so...there is no letter to pick =D

  • I am pro-choice, and I choose to never get an abortion. But I will never look down on someone who does, I don't agree with it, but its not my place to tell someone what is right and what is wrong. There are many reasons women choose to get abortions some are for the wrong reasons, but some are because they have no choice. when i say no choice i'm not saying they were young or they were raped i'm saying the mother won't survive the pregnancy. when its life threatening it should be an option

  • Why should it be an option? Why is the mother's life more important than the child's? I am prolife. But I don't look down on someone who chooses to have an abortion. I'm against the act, not the actor. but still, I don't understand why anyone could feel their life is more important than the baby's.

  • if a woman is dying from carrying a child and someone denys the woman proper medical care that is murder more so than abortion. plus need i remind you that if the mother dies so does the baby, so what is the point of killing two when you could at least save one?

  • Proper medical care? That's what you call abortion? Guess we're willing to sugarcoat murder now too. But I understand your argument and I'm not saying that either option seems like a good one. But I don't think that killing the baby solves anything. If both mother and child die, that's nature. If the child is killed so the mother can live, that's human selfishness at its worst.

  • humans have developed a way around nature which is why we are killing everything around us. animals are going extinct so humans can go on living ( I AM IN NO WAY SAYING THAT THIS IS RIGHT OR FAIR BUT IT IS LIFE AND LIFE IS NEVER FAIR). its evolution, it is life. the only way i would ever agree to an abortion is to save my life and if that makes me selfish then so be it. there is no reason for me to die if i don't have to, if i am meant to die i will die on the operating table

  • I do believe its selfish. Why should you get to live and your child doesn't?

But let me get something across. Just cuz I think your opinion is selfish, doesn't mean I think you are a horrible person or some other crap like that. you're entitled to your opinion and that's that :)

  • it is human nature to be selfish, everyone at one point or another has made a derision to better themselves at the expense of another. life is not fair, its not meant to be fair Its hard and you have to make hard decisions. You are entitled to your opinion and seeing as how i do not know you nor you me nor will we met our opinions do not affect each other in anyway. i could say you are a bible thumping lunatic just an example by the way, but does it really matter?

  • There is a difference between unfair and fair and right and wrong. Taking the last cookie because you want it when you know your brother wants it too, unfair. Killing a child so that you can live, wrong.

  • what is right and wrong is all a matter of opinion same as what is fair and unfair. like i said we will never meet so our opinions of each others values don't matter. you call me selfish, i call it life. you are not a bad person, you are young and your opinions are your own and standing up them makes you strong. but i will say if you had any regard for human life you would see that one life is better than none, you don't care about human life.

  • I do care about human life. I believe in a respect for life and when we give humans the right to take a life we lose that respect no matter what reason we have for doing it. I will admit that I still am struggling with the issue of the mother dying if she carries the child. But that is where I stand right now.

  • i'm glad that you are strong in your beliefs. let no one try to change your mind, or shot you down. your opinions will change in life one thing or another, but it will be because you have learned something new that will open your eyes and mind to a new understanding. you are young and still learning, and so am I.

  • Thank you. Same to you :)

  • They all have life. But I'm still pro-abortion. Bacteria have life, too.

  • But there is an ontological difference between the lives.

You would kill an fly without regrets, but you wouldn`t do it with a human life, would you?

  • @jesajasen So, if you could stop a perfectly healthy woman from getting an abortion she wanted, would you? If yes, then you are trying to control her body, if no then good for you.

  • @jesajasen life is an overrated phenomenon

  • The day you succeed is the day my rights as a Human Being, a respectful voter, tax payer and citizen of the United States is utterly violated and smashed for everyone to see that we have no rights as a citizen or Human Being.

  • You are SO right! I mean come on, the day that killing innocent human lives becomes illegal is the day that the rights of human lives are taken away. What? that makes NO sense to me!

  • :( aww.

my bro died in muh mommys tum-tum.

  • I take it you are being sarcastic. Not funny.

  • I promise I wasn't!!!

  • God bless you for posting this! Children are a gift from the Lord. They should be valued and protected.

  • I still don't see what all the fuss is about.

  • I believe sharing the truth is how you can help both: the mother and the child.

I just made one simple video with moviemaker. It has lots of viewers and good responses. Evryone can do that... I started without knowing what powerpoint is, today I am pogramming websites...

  • All of them have life
