I finally fucking found this song. i heard this song off of my uncles mp3 and it was just titled The city Hunter. typing that name everywhere brought up this anime which only made it harder to find because this anime has so many songs. I almost had to download the entirity of the city hunter discography. I had to play every song to find the this song and now I have the title of it Finally got the name of it. Thank u so much.

I can remember staying up late on a friday night with the lights off relishing in the pure awesomeness of this video.
