I'm 16 and I'm going to be 17 this year. I LOVE reading. And some of my friends LOVE reading too. I especially love charles dickens, he is freakin' awesome! There are just some girls/boys in my class, who are to slutty/party to read :P they said, and I quote: ''We've got something better to do than reading.''

when i click read book or guide it shows 2 paragraghs of that i cant read the books because of a certain theme and it shows a click the touch screen to continue then it goes back to main menu please help

I got this game today, and my goal is to read all 110 books (you can get 10 over wifi)

this will be hard considering the game has War and Peace in it.

What I was thinking would be awesome is if Nintendo partnered with Barnes & Noble or Borders or something and sold individual books, magazines, or author's works through DSiWare on the DSi for low prices

It'd be pretty badass because it would be very casual and would suit Nintendos message with the DS. Also, the way the DS is (book) allows it to be unique so theres no other piece of equipment that can replicate a book, so Nintendo would be unique at that.

Plus both companies would make money!

Yeah, it would that would be good. Or maybe even if you had to connect your DS online then you could choose which books you want. Like they could have a bunch of free books and some you can buy, but they can't be expensive.

Something like that... you should be able to score points or money and then u can buy books from a "book store" on the Nintendo or something. And then u can swap and trade books on Wi Fi with ur friends. That would be cool.

You can do that with homebrew versions. Just get a txt version of your favourite books and load them onto your flashcart and reader of choice. :P

These are interesting books. They're called classics for a reason.

Why do young people always assume that something is "boring" when something is considered classic? I'm 16, so don't patronise me. This game/book collection is AWESOME. Not boring. DO NOT stop reading when you reach a certain age because it's considered "uncool". You'd be missing out on some genuinely legendary stuff, like the books in this collection. We have GOT to get teens etc. interested in reading stuff like Austen, Dickens, Hardy and Shakespeare! Who's with me?

I've read Wuthering Heights numerous times, whilst being the mockery of my friends, but I love it.

Along with Charles Dickens, Jane Austen, etc.

And I'm 14. So if you stop reading, in my opinion, you're stopping your life.

@readingfcfan001 i've read all my life and now at 23 im going to try reading some of the classics i didn't read yet. its going to be hard because a lot of the older works are written in the style of the times, meaning to my reading sensibility these books are very dry. ive read 15 of the oz books and the time machine, but im excited for this game. because its the kind of game you keep forever for it never runs out of content.
