It is indeed an E-Z, pack C or M series from approx the late 70's to 1980's.

it has the slide block method of packing i dont think the other ez packs have that method

I think it's a really old model of EZ-Pack.
Well I can agree with ratty on it being an EZ-Pack, but I thought this model was known as the Apollo? Nice catch!

Mitch, you have videos of these, I believe it is sold as the MJE JP6 down your way. But this slide-sweep design is unrelated to the Apollo. The Apollo is merely a downsized version of Goliath, which is a true swing-link packer.

Has the look of an EZ-Pack to me... but I really don't know for sure.
