yeah i read it, graphics are the same and besides SO4 graphics not really big, also no in game CG's it's all realtime except for the opening movie and some parts of the ending.

weird thing is: character portraits are "anime drawings" in the japanese version and more "cg-like" pictures that look like the in-game models in the... other versions.

why the hell would they do that?

also i hate the half-assed use of shaders in this game. there's too much "black to white" contrast in walls and such, makes it look really unnatural.

otherwise, a good game. not as good as tales of vesperia but still one of the top 3 j-rpgs on the 360.

To simply put it, each console had gave us gamers the best gaming experience in our life (Little Big Planet, Metal Gear Solid 4, Gears of War 2, Halo 3 ... can't really remember much on the Wii department ... sorry Nintendo fans).

PS2 sold around more that 100 million units worldwide and when Star Ocean:Till The End Of Time came out I was so happy that I literally bought it the second it released at my country.

It was a great game, not so much on the graphic department but great gameplay, I love the multi ending depending on the PA interaction and the interesting cast of playable characters(my favorite is Peppita) and their diverse skills make you wanna recruit them all (though it's impossible due to the restriction).

Games like 'Eternal Sonata','Alone In The Dark' and 'The Last Remnant' were supposed to be a X-BOX 360 exlusive (okay not 'Alone In The Dark' since it was released for the PC and PS2 on the same time), but guessed what, they sold poorly in the specific console so what did the hungry and lusted for cash developers did, they stripped the exclusive privillege right from poor console (non-sarcasticlly) and set another for a specific console (cough*-PS3-*cough).

Vesperia is pretty much guaranteed to remain a 360 exclusive because it's selling relatively well (for a Tales game, at least) in America, and it caused 360's to sell out at all major retailers in Japan. And the 360 is outselling the PS3 now in Japan. I don't see how they could all be on equal ground when the Wii has sold twice as many units as the PS3, and the 360 isn't TOO far behind the Wii.

They're on the 360, as well. Square announced a 360 version of FF13 at the Microsoft E3 Conference back in July.

Dude how is it a sinking ship? One game does not tell anything. Oh wow tales is on xbox360. How many have been on ps2 before hand? Look just because its on xbox first doesnt mean a thing. In truth it could be because controls, and also ps3 has more processing power so it may take a little work to get it to work on it, but other then that lets focus on the main subject... Star Ocean looks good.
