    Don’t we have to repeat reminder word during tapping the meridians?

    Or it’s ok to follow your way of doubt sentence while tapping ?

    and if the problem occurs again what can we do?!

    EFT is quite flexible; you can use the reminder word or vary what you say from one point to point. The idea is just to keep yourself focused on your target problem. The reminder word is a shortcut; using more complex statements as you tap the points also works. Also, you can vary the order of the points; the main reason for adhering to a specific sequence is as a memory aid. Various practitioners habitually use somewhat different sequences with no loss of effectiveness.

  • Tapping doesn't make things worse as a rule. What you're usually experiencing is an unrealized reduction in your original issue and another aspect of the first issue arising which you might not notice. Its best to check in and see how the original issue changed and change your wording to match the new feeling.

  • Good moring, i have quetion, what happens when I do an E.F.T session on my own and the sudz level increases what can i do i do tappin . like i get sad and depressed ,,what should i do.

  • Its always been my experience that when your SUDS goes UP, its usually a good indication that you've actually gone down to a zero and another aspect of the original issue has popped up and holds a worse SUDS than the first. Don't be concerned or worried.

    Just evaluate your new aspect and change your wording accordingly and tap on the new aspect until that SUDS goes away as well.

    Even tho I have self conflicted interest and a self sabotaging ego to keep me in comfort and safety, I deeply and completely etc...

    Even tho I really love myself, and thankful for the love and protection throughout my life, etc..

    Even tho I now willfully and acceptably begin to change my behavior, pesonality, and bad habits. etc..

    Even tho I change or improvise myself when I see fit to better myself, I deeply and completely accept myself!!

  • I have seen a very similar response to sweet cookies that eventually tasted like cardboard due to the tapping. Its an amazing experience when it happens to you. Thanks for the feedback. I'll have more resistance videos posted soon.

  • i had been working on sugar addiction and after doing this video one time i put a spoon of dessert in my mouth that i had been nibbling on all day and suddenly it tasted horrible and i didnt even taste the sweetness! it tasted more chemical flavored. But all the time of working on the sugar addiction, i couldnt get it to change.

    I expected it to change so fast, but when i tasted it and it was so bad i knew what had happened. I will continue to do it daily. Thanks!

  • Wow! Thank you. Much needed addition to my tapping program, certainly.

  • I have added resistance to change to the beginning of every tapping session I do, both group and individual. I find it makes a big difference and helps everyone get the most benefit out of the session. I also throw it in with every difficult issue so that it neutralizes the issue quicker.

  • Actually, I first observed resistance to change during one of my many borrowing benefits groups. I've been doing them for nearly 10 years now and have seem alot of resistance, but once its gone, people change very quickly and easily.

  • Thanks for your comment and you're exactly right for you - for now. Be aware that it may change as you resolve that aspect of the issue of resistance and could become something completely different at the next layer of the "onion" you call you. Just continue to be fully aware of what's coming up for you in the moment and tap on anything negative or self-limiting and you'll do just fine. Keep tapping.
