  • does the white renew foundation give your skin a white cast in photos more so than the regular snow crystal dual foundation? im not sure which to buy....

  • @wuhooxp Hmm...well overall, I think I like the quality of the Snow Crystal Dual Foundation. The White Renew Foundation, I haven't tried in photos, but I didn't think it did much for my skin. I hope that helps! I'm sorry for the late reply!

  • would you recommend the star white cream or the white plus renew cream for maximized whitening/brightening?

the Amore store in my area still supplies the star white line so it's available to me.

do you prefer the hydra solution essence or water bank?

  • @andtworogues I would recommend the Start White Cream, for some reason that line is more effective in whitening; I think the White plus Renew is more gentle :/

I prefer the water bank; that one is really great for moisture. Hydra solution was more of an impulse buy for me, but I personally prefer Water Bank more and it's like the number one seller in Korea!

  • Thanks so much for responding...actually my face began breaking out, but I was using it twice a day...I have oily skin; stoppd using it due to the breakout...thats been over a month ago? Do you think I should start back and decrease to just twice a week? If I do that, what do I use in between time?

  • @Diann1977 Hmm..I recommend following the basic three care system of cleanser, refiner, and light moisturizer and then during the winter use the essence. For the moisturizer you should use either the gel cream or emulsion, which ever you felt less oily i suppose? And just make sure you use the same regime everyday instead of using something in between. I didn't really like the essence either for that reason : / but it's nice to have during the winter : ). I hope that helps!

  • Using hot water on the skin can cause broken capillaries over time though, so I would be careful not to over do it.

  • @RiceARonia Thanks for the tip! I actually realized that so I use warm water and cold water now..I should probably mention that in a new video...

  • the music so distracting since i know all the lyrics i keep singing it in my head instead of listening to u lol thanks for the video i was thinking of buying this line ur vid really helped:)

  • @thatsprettiiamazingx Haha, yeah, I think I'm going to avoid the music next time. No problem!! I'm so glad my video helped : ))

  • @bobobubbletea2..hello ive been using the laneige skin care for about a week and im luvin it...just had a few questions to make sure i was using it correctly...first i wash my face with the multi cleanser..then i use the power essential skin refiner..after that the balancing emulsion...then the water bank essence..followed by the water bank gel cream...in the evenings, i repeat all the above steps with the water sleeping pack....should i omit any of the above steps in the morning or @ night? thx

  • @Diann1977 I think that's exactly the process you're supposed to follow! So that's great : ). It really depends on your skin, like if you have oily skin you don't have to use so many products in the morning, at least for me, because then my skin looks terribly oily during the day. But, if you have dry skin that's a great routine for you to keep your skin hydrated. Also, I'm not sure if you already do this but only use the pack one or twice a week, otherwise I think your routine's great!

  • hi i was wondering what moisturizer i should get and cleanser... i have combination skin that breaks out at times and my skin is a bit sensitive as well. idk what to get bc i get rly oily in the cheeks and stuff and i tend to break out a lot before my period :/ please help?

  • @greendayluver972

Hmm, well with Laneige, I suggest the Multi Cleanser, because it doesn't irritate my skin, but if you have extremely sensitive skin (like you get sunburned easily) I suggest the Moisture Foam Cleanser, and not the Pore Trouble Cleanser, because it'll be too rough. I know what you mean! I get oily like all over my face! I think the best moisturizer is probably Hydra Essence, because it's light. Let me know if you have any more questions! Sorry for my belated reply : (

  • @bobobubbletea2 it's ok! thank u so much :)

  • should i get the hydra solution essence or the water bank essence? my skin is oily so yeah. suggestions? xD

  • @videoviewer034 I think you should get the water bank essence if you really want moisture all day long. The hydra solution essence is good for oily skin I think because it just seeps into the skin and turns kind of dry afterwards, but I don't think the moisture is that great. The water bank essence is really popular in Korea right now too, I heard it's like the best selling product right now. I hope that helps! : )

  • Can Hydra Solution Essence heal acne scar??? kindly advise

  • @andrewsawjooleong Sadly, no; the Hydra Solution Essence cannot heal acne scars, it's more for moisturizing the skin. But, what I would recommend is the Clinique Clinical Dark Spot Corrector or L'Occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence. I've tried both and I saw faster results with L'Occitane and they're both about the same price: $50-52. I'll try to upload a new video about acne scars too because a lot of people seem to be asking about them. : ) I hope that helps!

  • Can Hydra Solution Essence heal the acne scars completely: kindly advise tq

  • @andrewsawjooleong Sorry for such a late reply! I definitely don't think it does...I would suggest more brightening products like L'Occitane's Brightening Essence. That's the only product that's helped me lighten my scars. Hope that helps!

  • pretty

  • would laneige star white refiner emulsion and cream help get rid of my acne scars and blemishes ??? :3

  • @DANCE437 Actually, I think it's not a great spot treatment, but more of a system for unifying your complexion. I'm actually going to do another review on a product I've used recently from L'Occitane. There's a Brightening Essence that's a bit pricey ($52-ish) and that's helped my acne scars a lot. I would recommend that to you. I hope that helps! And keep an eye out for my future review! Thanks!

  • @bobobubbletea2 okay okay thank you i shall check it out!!!.

yea don't worry i'll make sure to watch your new video when it is up ^_^.

more reviews on laneige !!!! hardly anyone does them!!! and your's was the best one i scene so far!!!!! xD

  • I love the review for Laneige ^_^ Thanks for doing a descriptive review. Do you think that the white plus line is actually whitening?! Do you see improvement that your skin looks brighter and paler now.? I planned on just buying the night cream and star white refiner. It seems like they're the ones which are doing the whitening the most. or should i purchase the complete set for the results to be visible? ahah sorry. lots of questions. ~_~"

  • @IcyXcandi411 Haha, it's fine. I think getting the night cream and star white refiner will be fine. These products really helped my skin to become whiter. The other products are more for keeping your skin hydrated and moist. I hope that helps : )

  • @bobobubbletea2 Thanks!!! you'd helped me a lot. ^^

  • Oh, i forgot to ask you girl, if when do u use your hydra solution, and what does it helps?thanks again.

  • @JoanieLee1 I generally use it when I need moisture on my skin, but I don't my skin to get greasy throughout the day because it's lighter than the emulsion yet still provides some moisture. It's definitely supposed to be for moisture, but I don't think it deals with much else. no prob! : )

  • LOL, the Hydra Solution Essence commercial is SO MAGICAL ;) Works amazingly! <3 Love your video!!!

  • @mizzLebanese I know, I love the commercial!! : )

  • bobobubbletea2 hi. i would like to ask u if which one do u think is better between the LANEIGE WHITE PLUS RENEW NIGHT CREAM or the LANEIGE MAGIC WATER SLEEPING PACK?THANKS!

  • @JoanieLee1 Hmm, I haven't tried the new sleeping pack, but I have tried the older version and if you want more whitening I think the night cream might be better, and it gives some moisturizing effect; but, if you want more moisture than whitening, the sleeping pack is better for you. I hope that helps : )

  • @bobobubbletea2 thank you so much. I really appreciate that you respond to my message. Please make more videos:) I keep watching your videos...

  • @JoanieLee1 I definitely will! Thanks so much! : )

  • hey ! thanks for the great review ! I was wondering if you can tell me the ingredients in these products ? like if it has parabens or any harmful ingredients . & i was wondering , if i wanted to whiten my overall complexion & even my discolourations , which products should i use ? thanks a whole bunch in advance ! (:

  • @LiLMissCutie96155 Hi! I'm actually not quite sure what the ingredients are because I threw the boxes away,,but I don't think they are harmful because I have sensitive skin and they worked fine on me, and I'm pretty sure they're alcohol free (for whitening products in laneige that is). I think the best products would be the night cream and the star white refiner. Also, there's clinique's clinical dark spot corrector, that really makes your face whiter. i hope that helped : )

  • @LiLMissCutie96155 Hi! I'm so sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice some of the comments here because I didn't get notifications. I'll try to list the ingredients in the description box sometime this week, but for whitening in general I would recommend the Star White Refiner and the White Plus Renew night cream. For hyper-pigmentation like acne scars, I would recommend L'Occitane's Brightening Essence.

  • good review but the music is too strong!

  • hi, awesome review! i just have 1 question.

for the Snow Crystal Dual Foundation (not the white+renew one) what shade did you get? I was thinking of getting #23 but im afraid it's too dark because it's sand beige and im afraid #21 is too light. Which one do you use??

    THANK-YOU!!

  • @vipxin123 I used sand beige, #23, honestly it's even light for me and I'm pretty pale. Korean products run all their make up products in really pale tones so I get #23.

  • @bobobubbletea2 thank-you soo much!

im just cannot choose what shade cause once i buy it, there's no return.

also, im not sure if you have tried but what shade do you use for the sliding pact? (if you use it)

  • @vipxin123 No problem! : ) I know what you mean. I used #3, the naturally bright color I think?

  • I was wondering if i should use Snow Crystal Dual Foundation (W+R) or the Snow Crystal Dual Foundation?

  • @BehindAllTheLies I think the Snow Crystal Dual Foundation is better : )

  • @bobobubbletea2 Thank you. xD I think im going to get it after saving up of corse. GRRR WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SOO EXPENSIVE?

  • Park Bom YAH!!!!

  • Thanks so much for this video! It was really helpful. I do still have a question though. I was thinking about getting some of the makeup, but online they all seem the same. I'm looking for something that will brighten my applezone. Something like a light powder that will last throughout the whole day while targeting that area. What would you recommend?

  • @cmars861 Hi! I'm so sorry for the late reply, I didn't see it! Hm...I think the White Plus Renew will be good for that because it has that extra whitening thing at the top with the mirror. But I personally prefer the Snow Crystal Foundation because it gives me more of a dewy glow. I hope that helps!

  • Thanks so much for the video! It was really helpful. I do still have a question though. I was thinking about getting some of the makeup, but online they all sounds basically the same. I'm really just looking for something to brighten my applezone area, like a long lasting powder or something that targets that area during the day. What would you recommend?

  • im thinking about getting the night cream. Is there any other possibly cheaper alternative? XD i've spent way too much on skin care recently..

  • @JKlolita Hmm..well whitening products tend to be on the expensive side...etude house may be effective, and I know they're cheap, but I'm not sure how effective they are. The white O2 mask works well to make your face whiter though.

  • Nice review. Thanks. You covered alot of the product I was thinking about getting or got already.

  • omg, this is the best review yet. I've been looking for new skin care products, specifically korean, because I have very sensitive skin. thanks for the great review!

  • @ej1208 No problem!! : )

  • hey girly!!! i like this vid...do you like the pump for the foundation. how many products do you have in that line?

  • @joaniekim Hi! Yeah, I do like the pump for the foundation actually. It's easier to apply and the product doesn't dry out. I have about 8 products from Laneige.

  • does the foundation have sparklies in it and is the powder good for controlling shine? I live in minnesota, but I still have a pretty oily t zone

  • @hellokatie1618 The foundation doesn't have sparkles and the powder is good for controlling shine : )

  • I'm sorry I have the same question as her, so which one should I get for dark acne scars, sort of stated two? *tilts head

  • Respond to this video...For dark acne scars (I haven't done the review yet) but I'd use Clinique's Clinical Dark Spot Corrector. It works if you follow the instructions well. Also, using exfoliators that remove dead skin are extremely helpful because they help renew the skin so the scar fades in shorter time

  • Hi so i just had a question...

I noticed that evecare is a lot cheaper than other websites or even store but Im really skeptical and paranoid about purchasing anything on sites where that dont take payments through paypal.. so I was wondering if you've ever purchased anything from evecare and if it was safe?

  • @bibidibabidiboo91 I've never purchased anything from evecare, but I think they're safe, when I go on their site a lot of the products are like out of stock and then in stock again so maybe a lot of people go on it?

  • i want to buy the hyrda essence stuff just from seeing the comercial even though i have combination to oily skin!! haha

  • @gumybearss Oh I know what you mean! I bought it because of the commercial! Haha. But honestly, I think it's fine because it like seeps into your skin and turns dry and doesn't make your face feel oily at all.

  • ahh i had some questions but it didn't post it the 1st time!! I was just wondering what is the difference between the essence and emulsion? The sales lady at the store was telling me to get both so when you put the cream on after it can be absorbed better by the skin? Are they both really needed cause I only saw you review the essence? And one last question... have you tried the snow crystal dual base? is it suppose to give you a glowy look? sorry for so many questions!!! heheh

  • @greeendinosaur It's okay, haha. I like the essence more; I feel like emulsions are just too heavy, especially for oily skin. I have not tried the snow crystal dual base, but if you have the shimmery one, I think it's supposed to give you that glowy-look. I've only tried the foundation, but the base might be for that glow.

  • Great review! I am not sure why my first review didn't post!!!

  • Great Reviews, I was wondering which one to get because I have a very dark acne spots. I need one that lighten up my spots fast and safe. any recommendation? star white or w+r?

  • For dark acne spots, definitely star white refiner. but you want to get white plus renew night cream. I realized, the white plus renew refiner and emulsion don't do anything for your skin except moisturize.

just on a side note, i recommend you use masks and peels so you can get rid of them faster, i have dark acne spots too : (
