Sabbath and Maiden do not own Queen. I bet the only Queen songs you've heard are the ones on the radio, which are by far not their best. Queen has a better vocalist than both and incorporate more genres and are far more progressive. I could make a large list of why Queen pwns, and easilly one of the top 3 bands ever. Personally my fave.
