Heh,the ending ambiguous and a lot of options about what happened to the Ripper. But I am inclined to believe that he survived. Since it would be a good start for the next Unreal Tournament. And I really hope that we will play as the main enemy of Malcolm - Xan Kriegor. Cuz i think that it will be smart of the Ripper to contact with the arch-enemy of your enemy.

@SlipcasedJayce The Skaarj didn't have anything to do with Taryd, so they don't appear, though they may be mentioned not by name(in one cutscene, Malcolm mentions "Fucked up aliens"). I was saddened by their absence though.

It leaves several questions; how did the Necris gain control of the Krall, aren't the Skaarj gonna seek revenge, and what's next for Reaper (an alliance with the Skaarj during the pursuit of Malcolm, perhaps)? Do forgive me, but I think Epic dropped the ball on this one, having left so many plot holes.

Brock was a muscled out Italian looking guy in 99 and 2004, but in the Championships he was thin and not even a necris version of himself.
Iron Guard armour has changed even when it was awesome. some Chars even managed to change Race (Riker went from black to white and Johnson from white to black).

I think that he's a thousand times more badass than Malcom. I missed him in UT3

Aww, they finally design characters to actually feel like special characters.. Give them all a backup story. And then they kill them off. I loved Sarah (Jester), And this game made me decide to recruit Othello in the older games. Bishop was amazing was well! Warmongering crazy priest. At least if it was a horror game I know Jester would have lived.. Girls always do in horror games and movies.

This campaign really really disappointed me, especially after how much I was surprised and impressed by how Unreal Championship 2 managed to have a great story mode while in the tournament setting, yet this game tries to take place outside the tournament but still use tournament game modes.That acronym for 'Flag' made me facepalm hard.

You know, the funny thing is that if you just watched the cutscenes and never played the game, storyline would probably look really deep. Maybe it would be if it made sense.
Unreal tournament 3 feels more like a bad mix of gears of war and unreal tournament, if they continue in the future, I hope they will get back to the 2003-04 model
I'm pretty sure UT3 will get the "never happened" treatment if there will ever be another Unreal game.

what the hell?! i would like this game alot better if it enhanced its campaign. im playing through it right now, but i gotta say that playing matches doesnt quite feel like running through a campaign. If they had created levels it would have been much better

You know, the funny thing is that if you just watched the cutscenes and never played the game, storyline would probably look really deep. Maybe it would be if it made sense.

Unreal tournament 3 feels more like a bad mix of gears of war and unreal tournament, if they continue in the future, I hope they will get back to the 2003-04 model
