Clearly set up, the video starts just before he rolls, he rolls and stops where you are already aiming so hes clearly rolled forward down the stairs, and rolled straight back as well after it so you knew where he would be. And even at that, its not all that great a shot, when you've shot someone midroll up stairs with a sniper nad landed a headshot, your on my level.
