Laundry soap under city code is to be drained in the sewer line because of all the chemicals in the soap. It is defined as a toxic chemical. That retard caused a toxic spill according to city code which should have involved a hazzardous materials cleanup crew. The cleaning bill for HazMat starts at $6000.00
