Yes, i love sushi, all kinds!!!!i got one time in a sushi restourant and i choosed one thing in wich you could eat as much as you can!!! i got even salmon sushi with rice and strawberry in the top!!! and i eated all of em in one second :P

The chef must wash his hands and either use additional sanitizer or gloves. Only the sushi chef(s) can touch the utensils, cutting board and rice at that area.
