This same thing happened in MN, they hit a raid on several homes as a tip that came out a a plea deal, they went into all the homes with no knock warrants. One of the homeowners shot a cop, the police wanted to bring him up on charges but they couldn't because they never identified themselves prior to entry & the officer lived. No evidence was found in that home, while the other raids did turn up evidence.

A man has a right to defend his home and if he truly did not know that the invaders were SWAT, he had every right to arm himself. Yep it seems totally likely that a guy who had been sleeping for two hours then had his wife call him, and in the time span of probably about the time the wife saw the SWAT to the door being kicked in was able to get out of bed, assess what was going on, retrieve a rifle, load a magazine, put the magazine into the firearm, switch off safety, pull the charging handle, run downstairs or to the foyer and have plenty of time to crouch down and aim a rifle at the door. Oh wait, no it's not.

This same thing happened in MN, they hit a raid on several homes as a tip that came out a a plea deal, they went into all the homes with no knock warrants. One of the homeowners shot a cop, the police wanted to bring him up on charges but they couldn't because they never identified themselves prior to entry & the officer lived. No evidence was found in that home, while the other raids did turn up evidence.

As disgusting as I find this, if the final report/press release was accurate, both parties had reasonable grounds for their actions. A man has a right to defend his home and if he truly did not know that the invaders were SWAT, he had every right to arm himself. If he behaved in such a provocative manner as reported, the SWAT had every right to fire. However, the SWAT are at fault for not identifying themselves sooner. In a perfect world, narcotics wouldn't exist, right?

Yep it seems totally likely that a guy who had been sleeping for two hours then had his wife call him, and in the time span of probably about the time the wife saw the SWAT to the door being kicked in was able to get out of bed, assess what was going on, retrieve a rifle, load a magazine, put the magazine into the firearm, switch off safety, pull the charging handle, run downstairs or to the foyer and have plenty of time to crouch down and aim a rifle at the door. invest in a heavy duty door and put an obstacle in front of outside windows like a swing set that way you will hear them coming and have time so assess the situation and not be totally blindsided like im sure he was... they said he never got the safety off... when they start getting shot dead at the door instead of us they stop breaking in doors, your house is your castle and one pussy deadbolt wont cut it

the fact that he was a marine only reinforced that fact they were gonna kill him. the NWO puts ex-military personnel on the top of their kill first list. they dont give us much credit...us civilians; which is great because we are willey motherfuckers who will fight to the end no matter what. our only weakness...trying to unite a million of us.
