Anyone can hurt someone u don't need to be in prison to stab or beat someone up. I could walk into Walmart right now and stab and beat someone up as a free man. U people who judge inmates like that are the reason u should be scared cause they will treat u with the same respect u give
U think inmates are dangerous well actually their not. I was in prison for 3 years. Just cause they inmates doesn't give u the right to judge them as dangerous. Its the people out here who don't get caught that are dangerous
What people don't seem to understand is how dangerous inmates can really be. You will never stop people from going to prison, ever. Its just not possible, sorry. Even with programs and schooling, many inmates won't change. if we werent in iraq (not placing blame on soldiers, just the government) no one would be complaining about the completely necessary 5 million dollar fence to keep serial killers and child molesters in prison.
Found it at last........after many years. A great technological achieve for 2000 years; has somebody of you the song started at minute 2.00? Thx a lot!
@vsboy25 putting all that money to waist yet millions of plp in the USA are homeless cant even afford a meal they should use that money to create unemployment more opportunities centers to help those that cant afford to sent their children to school for the plp of American

10: Full System Redundency with Backup Generators, ALL doors are Fail-Safe so remain locked in Power Fail with Key Override.
11: Full Control Room Override for Remote Control of Prison from Remote Location with Central Control Cutoff From Remote Room, Located Underground in a Bank Standard Vault.

Dear Americans, have you ever heard that social problems are unlikely to be solved by technical means? Give the money to the people who work for it, not shareholders, invest in schools instead of weapons, don't lock someone in for life for craking a bubble-gum-machine three times, and you will see that you don't need all that money spent on prisons.
you'd think with 175 millino dollar budget they could get some flat screens for safety reasons. I mean those big computers they have in the main tower have more material and can be manipulated by a inmate to break out. The flat screens are less material and less likely to be used for weapons.
There are very obvious fatal flaws to this prison, nowhere is "inescapeable",this buildings flaws is its reliance on technology. The more technology you add the more there is to fail and the easier it becomes to defeat. For example the RFID technology used by the facility to open and close the doors, negating the need for keys is an obvious weakness.Software is the biggest "key" to this place, all software is defeatable,if people can break into the pentagon via the internet, they can get in here.
@silver760 Not if its a complete closed circuit system like most government/military/defense networks are. They physically are not hooked to the internet. Only the low key government systems are hooked up.
@silver760 these people are gonna master sign language and eventually learn to use body language so they wont have to talk.. these felons are only being forced to evolve .. its really good prison but criminals have nothing but time
I wonder how the only federal supermax ADMAX at Florence Colorado compares in security design. ADMAX is secretive and holds unibomber, serial killers, mobsters, AQ terrorists, Charles Hanssen the FBI spy, blind sheik, Eric Rudolph, shoe bomber.
@FuckNewbs Marion was a supermax with 23 hour lock down until 2006. After that the feds down graded it to medium security prison to fit more sex offenders. Now, Marion mostly houses sex offenders and Arabs serving terrorism charges. lol
@dcentral yea i remember when it happend they moved my dad to CCMs Minneapolis to finish out his last few years he will be out next winter ive not talked to him in like 9 years tho so it will be kinda weird
Well I woudnt go as far as saying that but with the new technology it definitley gives doc the balls to be so confident, ain't no inmate gettin out of nbci
A Super Max like this is definitely for the worst of the worst inmates & is there for the security of the public & the rest of the inmates in the Prison System
@femaleinessex I believe that in Part 1 of this video, they stated that the construction started in 2000, and that the first 2 parts of the NBCI would be operational by 2007, with the total construction spanning about a decade, which means that it [should] be done sometime this year, although you'd probably have to Google it for more info.
