Site isn't popular at all so I doubt it's even legitimate. Also, there's multiple reasons why custom maps will never make it to Consoles. Tons and tons of DRM issues and the fact that Microsoft prohibits this kind of software behavior.

user-GENERATED maps.

They were put up by the developers after being approved by Microsoft and then put up.

PC version has super meat world, which is basically all of the maps and not just the ones that were picked to go up.
