you don't know, man. it was hotter than fuck out there with a split-second venue change. that shit was terrible for everyone, man. everybody was on the verge of heat stroke, can't afford eight dollar waters, passing out and shit. we were all feeling it but were hot to move, no energy. beautiful performances and great latino food, though.

It looked empty in the crowd. Next time come to NY to catch the Rock the Bells show. It's live as hell and there are always guest appearences. 2008 Nas brought out Jay-Z. Crazy!!! This year he brought out AZ, Jada Kiss and the Lox. Then he performed w/ Damion Marley!! Sick.

straight up!!!....I kept thinking that all day during the show..... That was probably my biggest complaint.... Not one of the artists that did songs with each other crossed into each others sets...I thought that was kinda disappointing....

Im hoping miami can eventually get some of the acts that other major cities get like Rakim, MF Doom, SAGE FRANCIS. WE missed out on RageAgainstTheMachine last year. Dres of blacksheep wuz a major plus to the show...

I'm just going to go ahead and lay out the negatives, even though it was a great day.

De La Soul didn't play "Me, Myself, and I" or "Breakadawn", Mos Def was kind of a prick, and A Tribe Called Quest didn't play "Can I kick it?" .

Other than that, it was amazing.

yeah.....there were a few joints left out....tribe didn't do electric relaxation either.....and de la's set did feel a little shorter than normal......but like you said other than those few exclusions the whole event was fresh.......
