This was not co-op it was four different takes on four different sets and notice they cut out some parts of sounds just to make the song

@person509 I see nowhere to be cut, actually. Mario and Luigi sometimes jump from stage to stage by the usage of some portal-like item, and they don't just jump to the other stage immediately; there is a 2-3 second wait with an entirely black screen. Those "cuts" are also encoded within the game. Also, all black screens take exactly the same time, meaning the maker of this video also take those into account.
