thats nothing, i got hit in the mouth by my friends head(double piggyback ride, didnt turn out right, i was the one that fell down and got hit in the mouth with my freinds head, all my teeth are loose, lip is huge, and it cut up the outside of my lip and the inside and both turned into canker sores, i was also knocked out for 2 minutes)

i went to the dentist about it. nothing cures it not warm salt water but you can get anbesol to numb it so it wont hurt

if it's a canker sore (even if it's not) pick up some "lysine" it's a dietary supplement.

Peroxide as mouthwash seems to speed up the process. I've been getting them all my life.

Even if it's herpes or angular cheilitis lysine should help.

put salt on it directly it hurts alot but it fixes it if u do it a few times a day or theres little patches. a way to ease the pain is put some salt on your toungne then swish salt water in your mouth then apply the salt it hurts alot less but still hurts

I get these so bad particularly when I'm under a lot of stress. Although, sometimes they come out of nowhere for no reason.

Most web sites claim they're caused by sodium lauryl sulfate which is found in most toothpastes and mouthwashes.

It only affects some people though.
