Hey When i browse to look for firmware from redsnow it cant find it it will find the folder but it says it has nothing in it. Could the problem be because im using windows vista?

after its done downloading the jailbreaking data it goes back to a screen where it wants me to plug in my iphone into itunes. I have an iphone 3G 3.0 firmware. and im hesitant to restore it
