@vexion15 no . du bist is when you are talking to a single person and ihr seid when you are talking to 2 or more people. but it is not wrong to say "Peter, du bist stark" or "Peter und Jhon, ihr seid stark"

@Kinjutsuu lol on the other hand, german has "sie" and "Sie" like English as"you" and "you".. so both are confusing.. i speak Hebrew as my first language, a pretty hard language so "sie"/"you" is Ok :)

Yes- German is very phonetical, there's no difference to hear between sie=she + sie=they.

We tell it apart by the following plural verb.

sie geht = she goes -

sie gehen= they go

I disagree with you when you say No grammer no language learning. Children learn languages much better than us and they have no idea of what grammar is.

@wscastello Children and adult minds aren't the same.

@RobertNicholls they are; the difference is children have no previous experiences with languages so they don't make wrong associations between them as we do, and when they already have a language they still can learn a second naturally, not wondering why things are they way they are or why the verb is in that place. You need to understand that grammar comes to explain language and not the other way. Indigenous people do have complex languages and yet they don't even write it.
