no bad. Brawl+. melee fags biggest dream. they got rid of these things in brawl for a reason. sometimes you gotta give it up. ninetdo made brawl so tourneys arent just marth fox and falco. Now they are meta, snake,falco,wario,dedede.
I don't think there is a single person who has tried brawl+ and said it was less balanced than brawl, so if brawl was good in terms of different top tiers then brawl+ will expand on that. Also melee top characters were sheik, falco, marth, fox... not just marth/fox
if you've ever played brawl competitively, you would know that it's all about metaknight. He has clear advantages over about every character in the game and has only a couple arguably even matchups. Also, brawl greatly shortens the gap between noob and pro, it promotes camping a spamming, and overall, is not a good "competitive" game. Brawl+ just takes brawl, and makes it what people wanted it to turn out like.

From the vids i have seen brawl+ is giving the game a more offensive feel that was severely lacking in normal brawl. The defensive metagame brawl has turned the game into a campfest. I highly doubt this gets any national or tournament recognition but from what im seeing it looks fun. Also it looks like brawl+ will have it's own tier list. I can just imagine what falcon,jiggly,kirby,and tl can do with hitstun.
MK is indeed very broken still. I have high hopes for it becoming a serious tournament game. The fact it changes the game a bit adding in more elements and options many people missed is it's only reason for existing. Sure melee air dodge to wavedash was fun and all, but it will not be in the final version. I hope brawl+ goes the way pro-mod did for quake so that we can have 2 existing brawl titles.
I just hope they increase the code size limit so that specific characters can be balanced. Hopefully, balancing updates will be released over time. That would be the ideal solution to me but it would take tons of work

Hehe, yea it's sure not as slow as brawl retail! This was just week 1 footage on it too, I'm sure a month or two from now we will look back at it and laugh.
The main thing I think that it adds is that all too important offensive slant that brawl was missing before. The reward is now there for people to go after when they initiate an attack. I just recently hacked my wii as well, and its a totally new game for my friends and I. I just can't wait to see what some of the pros (god willing they get into this) have in store for us.
