Designs and animation need a lot of improvement, and the voice-acting is....lacking. But the editing and timing is good, and the overall concept is appealing. It doesn't seem like you've had much training or experience with this medium outside of messing with it in your spare time, but you have some natural talent. I recommend persuing an education in animation or film, if you're not already.
