Each song was played if it would be the last ! Can you imagine the sheer energy and the raw power of Rory and his band ?? NO you can't if you never saw this man live... He was and still is my inspiration as a guitarist and singer...I will walk in his shadow forever...

@wgbdo I saw Rory once, front row, touch the mic stand close. He opened for Kansas, and I think my seven mates and I were the only Rory fans in attendence, at the start of the show. He burst into Take What I Want, the eight of us went nuts and by the end of the song, the other 3000 were in the Rory groove. The more we loved it, the more he loved it, he fed off our energy and us from his. It peaked with an encore of Bullfrog Blues, head bobbed with Rory. Kansas never played. Nobody cared.

He did use that LP Jr style guitar a bit in this era.

It isn't completely rare to see him without a strat or tele, he frequently used a Gretsch for Bullfrog Blues, I've seen him with a Mustang before and he used a Danelectro for many recordings.

looks like a Les Paul Jr. which is very strange. He probably only used it for one tune. Never seen him without a strat or tele unless he was playing acoustically.

Rory only played about 40 Minutes or so. It was a festival with several bands (e.g. eric burdon & the animals) and Rory was just one of the openers. He tried to play as much songs as he could in that short time. That's probably why the song seems to be incomplete.
