  • I saw BÖC six times, and enjoyed every note of it, but I never got to see them until 1992! Therefore, I never got to experience them with Joe & Al. I'll never forget however, in their show at the Masonic Temple in 1994, during Godzilla instead of the huge monster in the old 70s and early 80s shows, this dude comes walking out in a blue "monster" costume, and he resembled the Cookie Monster!

  • dumb question...but is that eric bloom WITHOUT shades?!!! ;-)

  • this is not too bad of a recording!

  • Fantastic! I was at this concert at the top left! Thanks for recording man.

  • This is always one of their best live songs...

  • This is a good clip but doesn't do Rudy's bass justice. Good stuff nonetheless.

  • The old men rock. Go Buck! See y'all in 2011...

  • I didn't think much of this song until I heard it live last Summer. It was the most moving number they did at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. It marked the main reason I got my butt over there.

  • @Johnhoulgate Well i've always loved this song and the whole "revolution by night" album is fucking classic!

  • now that's a BIG STAGE.

  • simply beautiful!

    thanks a lot man!

  • BEAUTIFUL! THIS is the BÖC I love and cherish! The brightness and sharpness of the guitars, the gorgeous flow of the rhythm section and keyboards, and of course, the timeless vocals of Buck Dharma. I see Richie C adding a whole new dimension to things too - he's got all the right mode moves there. An excellent performance all around.

  • i met buck and rudy sarzo that night, it was my 14th bitrhday

  • Hey, Buck grew his hair back and has got a beard going! About time man! Can't have you one of the world's greatest guitarists and looking like someone's dad! :-P Great freakin' song, and Rudy does a great job on bass!

  • @thesithempire

Lol, Buck looked just like my wife's older brother with that short hairdew...it just wasn't right. I'm glad he looks more like the rock legend that he is. I've seen these guys countless times in all different venues...I like the smaller places they play now, you can be right up front w/o any hassle.

  • do I have to wait in line for a good seat for the show. ?? Iat Bbkings for boc. I never been to bbkings thats why I asked. would love your imput

  • Im heading to see them this sat at bbkings 7:30 show. I first saw them in 1974 when I was 14. and when I saw your video im in for a great show

  • Rudy is in this.

  • If there's one constant thing in the universe, it's gotta be Buck's never-changing voice! (which I highly appreciate :P)

  • Rudy Sarzo gone?

  • I f'in love this song!

  • Buck sounds fantastic, 61 yrs old and

still great. I wish he would take all the solos. Buck is the man, i still miss Joe

    and Albert.

  • And Allen also, but Richie and Jules fill the bill.

But of course, seeing the original could be just incredible. Lucky ones who did it. I saw them first in '99. Too late. And even better yet, seeing them with all different members tru time !!!

  • DUDE I WAS THERE THAT WAS A GREAT SHOW

  • Thanks so much, iv recently fallen in love with revolution by night

  • that's cool buck sighed my dvd of it

  • It's a shame the production is so dodgy-80s... RBN has a few GOOD songs!

  • Great song. Great vid. Great sound quality. Thank for posting this. It's a gem.

  • Great vocals! the outro wasn't bad either.
