Its the same as if you have ever gotten into a tub of hot water and it was so hot it felt cold. That is really the only way I can explain the feeling. I had no idea that others cold do this before watching this video I thought it was only me. But I am able to heat up a room as big as I would say a small 4 door car. But in order to do what ever it is, they do, they first have to have that cold thing such as me being in a car when its cold out or them having the cold sheets. wet towels work too

@XxGaneshxX even more amazing than wim hof is a man called john chang, who practices a 2500 year old neigong system called mo pai, it shares many similarities with tumo. He has reached demigod level while still alive as a human. I have a video of him in my videos :D

The only thing is that I hope Wim is doing this for the benefit of others and not for self gain. That would not be the samaya of the 6 yogas of Naropa. It would be sad to waste such ability for selfish purposes.
