I found good weapons to beat her grenade launcher with flash to blind her. next use the hydra that takes 5000 HP mixed with the L.Hawk it takes 3000 HP and two shot gun shots that take 250 hp each shot. Jill has 10,000 HP weaken her then after those shots rip the heart device out of her.

you do realize that you can shoot the thing off of her. Instead of actually shooting her...grenade launcher this is cool. when sheva has a hold of her you can shoot her with just about any gun (excluding the grnade launcher and rpg)
