how many songs did she sing at the first audition? every video about her first audition has different songs. I'm confused. and it's always not so natural & clear why she ended up switching places with Randy. Hope there's more specific videos about that. I'm a huge fan of her though.

she sang 2 songs on her audition she switched so they could see her vocally and decide better they told her to i think. i remember watching her 1st audition and that's pretty much what happen she sang that song we saw first then the other one :)
I agree that Cook is the best of those left but the best singer of all already left because Brooke recieved the pity vote and the VFTW vote. The final should've been David and Carly. Now I'm just hoping David wins and America shows me it hasn't completely lost it's mind. I'm happy for her though that she doesn't have to deal with all the media BS anymore. She was slammed ten times harder than the rest by them since the beggining.She already has offers so I can't wait for her CD.
She didn't say, but in her Idolatry interview on EW's website she said she's had a number of offers but she can't really consider any until after the tour this summer and AI's company has the first option to pick her up so if they don't it's good to know others appreciate her talent. If only more American't could've done that she'd still be on the show. She's a better vocalist than all of those that are left.
Probably the first time I've agreed 100% with something he said. Without Kelly the show wouldn't have any credibililty. IMO it was the one time the winner couldn't be disputed. And she's just an awesome singer and person and knows her own mind and I think he respects that about her. I know I do. I hope she and Reba do an album together sometime. They compliment each other so well.

In any competition, if you cant be the best, be the first, be different or be remarkable. In American Idol, theres no such thing as the best singer. They are all GREAT. My point is, Ramiele Malubay really CAN sing with so much passion plus she is DIFFERENT in a positive way that makes her REMARKABLE. I hope that the diversity in America will put her on the top. America afterall is a nation that value its citizens regardless of his/her color, age, race, gender and religion. Lets vote for her. =)
How bout let's vote for David Archuleta. He deserves the title more, and has definitely had more consistent performances, than Ramiele. She is beautiful, however, and she has had some amazing performances, but David has been just a little more consistent. Vote for David.
Oh, I completely agree with you. Kelly will always be the best and most talented of the Idols. I hope David wins this year, because he is the most talented of this year's contestants; even if he wins, however, he will never be able to compete with America's original Idol.

How bout let's vote for David Archuleta. He deserves the title more, and has definitely had more consistent performances, than Ramiele. She is beautiful, however, and she has had some amazing performances, but David has been just a little more consistent. Vote for David.

Oh, I completely agree with you. Kelly will always be the best and most talented of the Idols. I hope David wins this year, because he is the most talented of this year's contestants; even if he wins, however, he will never be able to compete with America's original Idol.

even though I don't really want her to be associated with the show anymore Kelly is THE American Idol...everyone else that has won or been on the show are mostly great singers but Kelly is the first, best, and only true person I consider as the American Idol

while i was watching this, walk away came on on the radio! :) i thought that was pretty cool
but watching this, you cant help and smile. knowing that shes made her dream come true afer all shes been thru, and i wish her nothing but the best for whatever she attemts to do for the rest of her life.

Awesome. Kelly is amazing but when she was singing "A Moment Like This" after finding out that she won American Idol, she was rushing through the song a bit but I guess that was just because she was excited about winning!!!

I knew Kelly was gonna win that year. She was the only true vocally sound and secure singer.
Check out Yolanda Adams singing 'I Believe I Can Fly'. Now she is an extraordinary singer.
