Hi, I just bought a glock 30 with truglu fiber optic nigh sights, holster, 4 mags, mag pouch etc. I paid $500. But my question is my is without the tactical rail on the gun, can someone tell why mine come without the rail, maybe because is not the SF version ? Help ! Best regards to all.....
@chapinfeliz ... your Glock does not have an accessory rail because it is a Generation 2 Glock, aka it's an older model. Generations 3 and 4 come with the rails.
try the springfield ultra compact,their nice.i have one of the mil-spec ones nothing fancy and it is nice man.it shoots so good i got rid of my glock30.i wish i didnt sell that glock now.i kick myself in the ass now for selling that glock
dude what do you expect from a pistol. my hk will shoot 10 inch groups at 50 yards. and it will never jam or anything. thats not even something to think about. my glocks wont jam either. your making it sound like pistols are meant to jam. any good gun will never jam and they will be accurate. sig/hk/glock/1911's/springfield/s&w/barreta colt.

buy only Tapco magazines from ManVenture Outpost as they fit tight and you can pick them up for around $9.20 ea. The metal magazines will always fit lose and rattle like a pig.
@Hardheadedsob2000: Are you trying to say that when the mag is fully loaded and inserted, you rack the slide, and it gets stuck and won't cycle or load? If so, it's probably the brass getting hung up by the lip. I had the same issue. I took it to the range, bought 400 rounds, and guess how many failures I had... zero.The explosive action of the cartridge firing has more force than you l. If the gun is new, fire about 200 rounds through it. If it still continues, send it in to get fixed.

hey bubba i've got the same model thinking of putting a nitesite on the front it is a pretty straight shooter i bought mine and a a m19 and went to the range and slammed 500 rds through each takes awhile to get used to the triggers both shot fine good reload company hear cheap,clean,dependable ammo we haven't comm'd since commiserating are various maladies do you know of any differences in parts between the SF and reg.m30 too bad about logo yours was trippin' another video success story
Just got me one a couple months ago as well. G30sf. Used. I've fired 500 rounds through it and never a malfunction. Love this gun! I've got a Sig P226 in 9mm, but for ccw, I'm going to go with the G30. My next gun will be a G21. Just love the .45 acp!!
Ya I love my Glock 30. I even use it in IDPA, cause that is what I carry, so that is what I train with. Shooting IDPA is a blast, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is a gun enthusiast. I agree the Glock 30 is a great gun, I have 1,000 rounds through mine, and have not had any problems at all!!! 300 rounds in one day with no cleaning and I had zero problems.
Trying to tell Fabio anything is like talking to a wall. I have glocks & I also have a S&W Sigma 9mm & I MUST say there is no comparision. I sent mine back to S&W to the Sigma specialist in Texas & he did the best he could to smooth it down & make the trigger pull as loose as possible & THERE IS STILL no comparision to any Glock. I own a glock 30sf .45 acp and (2) sig sauer p226 .40 . My Glock 30 sf wins on the range in accuracy but the sig is very accurate too. Thank you Pete this is a awesome vid keep up the great work bro..!
@darkraven1221 Depends on what feels the most comfortable to you. They are the same gun, only the grip size is different. I have the standard non SF 30 and 21, but I am 6'3" and have meaty hands.

I had the GLOCK 21 and loved its accuracy too but the handle is a little to thick for me... I do have a chance at another GLOCK just like this one and I'm thinking about it again... My everyday carry is the Sig Sauer P220 and the GLOCK can't even compare to this pistol... Maybe you should think about reloading ammo, then your trip to the range would be cheaper, or maybe not (you might go more)... See Ya...
I fucking hate glocks, well not exactly true. But I think they are overrated. I think it has far too long of a trigger pull for an automatic and the recoil is snappy and for me personally I find the handle uncomfortable.
My favorite pistol is a 1911, well balanced frame and slide makes for a steady recoil that goes straight back as opposed to jerking upward, has a short trigger pull, very comfortable.
In all fairness to the Glock it is a cheap, simple, and easy to maintain and use pistol

Hey Pete, I've recently heard about glock's chambered in .45 having problems rubbing the trigger bar, failing to return to battery etc. Have u had these issues?
GOT MINE, fucking AY, What a trigger pull, what controllable recoil, my sig 220 can NOT match this, 2 more rounds, half the size and i dont pull the first shot(10 lbs DAK sig) so no flyers. Im not much 4 groupings in real world. I much rather hit the bad guy in 4 different places far from one another. ask any ER doctor, when u got 4 bleeding sites to deal with, saving the gang member so he can rob, steal, deal and kill again is impossible so they call it. the docs thank u 4 saving them time.
well, i am trading in my 6 year old glock 30 for the 30 SF this friday, some good times with the old 30, but love the 30 SF and want to carry a 10 rounder, instead of my kimber ultra carry 6 +1. the key to the recoil begin so managable is the double recoil spring assembly, its the shit, my sig 220 carry nor the kimber UCII do not have one, anyways thanks for the review, I have a g19 and a 26 which I love. what brand is your steel guide rod please i want to get one too. appreciate it. peace.
2 weeks ago i got my first glock (G19) i really liked it so i used it for carry but felt the 9mm was to small for self defense so yesterday i got a glock 30sf didnt shoot it yet but i love the big bore .45 acp
I agree with your views on the G30. I've got about 2000 rounds through mine and have never had a jam, hiccup or failure (one hiccup in the first 50 rounds; new mag springs weren't broken in). I out shoot kimbers and other 1911's with this thing all day

s&w M&P .40 brand new, me and my dad put 100 rounds through it 50 each, not even a hiccup all shots were on target ranging from 10 to 25 yards. standard 6 o'clock hold, pick ur spot and squeeze the trigger thats where its goin. ended up with just a few big ragged holes

I second Fabio getting a Glock. I was very skeptical when I got my Glock 22, but it has become my favorite handgun hands down. It's my favorite carry piece as well. I'm going to try to find a deal on the 30sf because I think I need one now lol.
Bought a 30sf last week, new. Had ftrb like 3-4 times per magazine. went to forums and found that alot of folks are having the same issue( with the 30sf newer ones) Called glock and theyre sending a part to my gun dealer to hopefully fix the problem. put 2 boxes through it with fmjs and jhps. Just thought it was worth noteing for future buyers. Ill let you know if the new trigger bar solves the problem.

I have the GLOCK 30. Not the SF model. It also doesn't have the acc. groves on the front of the lower, however I have the LAZERMAX pointer. Awesome Gun. I got it used with the pointer for 500. Fuckin pointer is 300 alone. Good vid keep it up. I concider you the regular guy opinion.
I know how expensive it is man. A box of 45 at the range is like 30 bucks, a box of 7.62x39 is 20 dollars for a box of 20!!!.. 223 is 33 dollars for a box of 50. Can't afford to shoot my rifles man.
Surplus is one route, or you can buy non-corrosive for just a little more expensive. I just picked up a box of non-corrosive hollow points 500 rounds for 120$ at the gun show.

I've heard there is more recoil with the g27 than the g30. But how does the recoil compare between the g26 and g30?

Hey I have a question for u I just bought a glock 30 and I put ten rounds on the mag and one in the pipe and I noticed that when I would pull the slide back the slide would not go all the way back is that normal

well im going to try and get my CCW soon, along with a better carry pistol, and youve convinced me to get a a glock30SF man, you know its just one of those guns thats brilliant in a simple obvious way, i dont worry bout scratchin it, it always shoots perfectly, has alot of firepower in a small light package, Glock 30SF is the shit if you want a concealed carry. cant really ask for much more

I like the 30, but I had to relieve some material around the trigger guard and frame because my middle finger was being crushed with a proper hold.

I had the GLOCK 21 and loved its accuracy too but the handle is a little to thick for me... I do have a chance at another GLOCK just like this one and I'm thinking about it again... My everyday carry is the Sig Sauer P220 and the GLOCK can't even compare to this pistol... Maybe you should think about reloading ammo, then your trip to the range would be cheaper, or maybe not (you might go more)... See Ya...

I fucking hate glocks, well not exactly true. But I think they are overrated. I think it has far too long of a trigger pull for an automatic and the recoil is snappy and for me personally I find the handle uncomfortable.
My favorite pistol is a 1911, well balanced frame and slide makes for a steady recoil that goes straight back as opposed to jerking upward, has a short trigger pull, very comfortable.
In all fairness to the Glock it is a cheap, simple, and easy to maintain and use pistol

GOT MINE, fucking AY, What a trigger pull, what controllable recoil, my sig 220 can NOT match this, 2 more rounds, half the size and i dont pull the first shot(10 lbs DAK sig) so no flyers. Im not much 4 groupings in real world. I much rather hit the bad guy in 4 different places far from one another. ask any ER doctor, when u got 4 bleeding sites to deal with, saving the gang member so he can rob, steal, deal and kill again is impossible so they call it. the docs thank u 4 saving them time.

well, i am trading in my 6 year old glock 30 for the 30 SF this friday, some good times with the old 30, but love the 30 SF and want to carry a 10 rounder, instead of my kimber ultra carry 6 +1. the key to the recoil begin so managable is the double recoil spring assembly, its the shit, my sig 220 carry nor the kimber UCII do not have one, anyways thanks for the review, I have a g19 and a 26 which I love. what brand is your steel guide rod please i want to get one too. appreciate it. peace.

I agree with your views on the G30. I've got about 2000 rounds through mine and have never had a jam, hiccup or failure (one hiccup in the first 50 rounds; new mag springs weren't broken in). I out shoot kimbers and other 1911's with this thing all day

s&w M&P .40 brand new, me and my dad put 100 rounds through it 50 each, not even a hiccup all shots were on target ranging from 10 to 25 yards. standard 6 o'clock hold, pick ur spot and squeeze the trigger thats where its goin. ended up with just a few big ragged holes

Oh I know, I owned a Sigma .40 and it was junk. It's sights were off about 6inches low and right. S&W tried to copy glock, but they can't seem to get a break between the inferior weaponry and law suits

I second Fabio getting a Glock. I was very skeptical when I got my Glock 22, but it has become my favorite handgun hands down. It's my favorite carry piece as well. I'm going to try to find a deal on the 30sf because I think I need one now lol.

Bought a 30sf last week, new. Had ftrb like 3-4 times per magazine. went to forums and found that alot of folks are having the same issue( with the 30sf newer ones) Called glock and theyre sending a part to my gun dealer to hopefully fix the problem. put 2 boxes through it with fmjs and jhps. Just thought it was worth noteing for future buyers. Ill let you know if the new trigger bar solves the problem.

I have the GLOCK 30. Not the SF model. It also doesn't have the acc. groves on the front of the lower, however I have the LAZERMAX pointer. Awesome Gun. I got it used with the pointer for 500. Fuckin pointer is 300 alone. Good vid keep it up. I concider you the regular guy opinion.

I know how expensive it is man. A box of 45 at the range is like 30 bucks, a box of 7.62x39 is 20 dollars for a box of 20!!!.. 223 is 33 dollars for a box of 50. Can't afford to shoot my rifles man.

Surplus is one route, or you can buy non-corrosive for just a little more expensive. I just picked up a box of non-corrosive hollow points 500 rounds for 120$ at the gun show.
