How To Restore Using ShSh Blobs

if i choose to retrieve shsh blobs using iFaith... should I proceed to starting TSS server and then restore? because only iFaith retrieves 5.x blobs as of now (because of the APticket) and I need to restore 5.0 from blobs iFaith has fetched. will tiny umbrella work? please reply.

I had jailbroken iphone 3gs with Shsh saved. However it crashed and during the process of recovery I had to upgrade to ios 5.0.1. Now I want to downgrade back to ios 4.3.3. Did'nt save my Shsh blobs somewhere. Is there a way to still recover them by contacting Saurik/ cydia? Your help really appreciated.

thank you for this video.. I dont understand that SHSH thing.. I saved it some time ago for 4.0+ version, I think it was some protection AGAINST that os.. but now, with tinyumbrella it help me to restore to that version...... without shsh +tss server forcing itunes, it will not be possible (error eligible.. which I dont understand too.. does it that mean... like.. "Hey user, we are apple, we are gods, if you have old ios, you cant upgrade it.." or what?

So I have 4.1 IPT, I don't wana down grade I just wana restore back to 4.1 (8B117)

I did not save my SHSH 4.1 is there another way. I tried redirecting iTunes restore check but still get the 3194 Error..

Pleas HELP.....When I hit RESTORE+shift and select firmwares in Itunes.... In UMBRELLA wrote that divice disconnected ( but it was connected before).... And if iphone is disconnected from UMBRELLA my saved shsh blobs are dont restored to my iphone only original firmwares 3.1.3 ( with out my contact, voice.....)

What I need to do ,to restore from my shsh blobs saved ??????????

@lukel1888 do you mean jailbroken apps? if not then just update to 4.2.1 and you wont lose your apps

@lukel1888 Just back it up on your itunes and after upgrading restore from backup. Oh and you do this by right clicking on your device. hope it helped,
