Brad one question ,i watched ur video where u talked about fasting and exercise and i was wondering if i water fast every othger day and do weight lifting on the day i break my fast ,will i put on more muscle than if i dont fast since GH is released and how long does GH stay elevated in ur blood?
This looks very unsafe for the rotator cuff. Traditional incline press already puts a tremendous amount of stress on the ligaments and support muscles surrounding the shoulder joint. By rotating your femur that much, the risk of injury far outweighs any possible benefits (there are none, just do traditional incline dumbell press). Just letting the viewers know!
